I think the tactics when market is falling is HODL . Because if you're going to sell , 100% you're loss but if you hold you'll have a chance on winning when the market bounces back.
Panic selling only make sure that you're totally in the loss and there is no way back unless you make a new orders on buy and sell.
Everybody knew that panic selling is 100% bad .

If the market is very deep falling , you can buy a cheap ICO. I also try to buy, as long as I get a lot of eth or BTC for the US dollar.
Then I can buy cheaper ICO token on the same day.

Man, the cheap token does not mean the best choice. You have to find an ICO that will not deceive you. It is not easy to do, but really, investing in these projects is one of the ways to escape a loss.

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.
