When the price of coins falls, the market can stand for a long time or the rate will fall slowly. In this situation, I prefer to refrain from selling their assets, just waiting for the rise in prices. In the presence of free Finance would prefer to buy at a minimum BTC or Ethereum.

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

Actually, buying all falling coin will not result in a good return. In my opinion, first you must check that the coin has the ability to raise again or will go down forever. Bitcoin is the kind of cryptocurrency that can't go down, so yeah, I will choose coin with major share in the market that's been falling.

In my opinion, when the market falls, first of all you need not rush. Do not rush to buy immediately, because usually the market provides an opportunity to do it later and at lower prices. The second rule for me is to buy partially. In this case, if the market falls even more, then there will be an opportunity to buy additionally.

The usual tactics for me when the market is falling is to simply choose the best under valued crypto currencies out there in the crypto market who has the greater chance to increase its market value in these coming days. So normally during this time when market is falling many of our crypto enthusiast will be investing in crypto currencies which they think will give them bigger profits as soon as their market value increases.

i suggest you to wait and invest more if you have money left, it's because after the market is falling down and bleeding, there will be a comeback when the price is getting better and increase, don't ever PANIC if that happen.

If the market is very deep falling , you can buy a cheap ICO. I also try to buy, as long as I get a lot of eth or BTC for the US dollar.
Then I can buy cheaper ICO token on the same day.

From my own standpoint if the market is down and bleeding you just need to find the right coin to invest in. Waiting for the moment when the coin reaches the smallest value before it rise back up is the hardest technique to master because a coin might end up dropping its value really bad. There are ICO that doesn't proceed due to lack of investors and its popularity hasn't rise up. The best strategy to do now is to go trading coins until the market become stabilized.

When it is falling, a lot of people will ask you to buy or to hold, but you should look for the reasons why the price is falling, if its caused by normal correction then holding or buying is already correct, but if you found something suspicious, like the coin developer want to scam people or there is a bad news associated with thr coin,then you should sell off.

for me, the only way to save our crypto assets is only through holding them because if we sell off our altcoins while the crypto market is bleeding then we no longer have a chance to get higher earnings when the Crypto Market will rise back to it's higher price value.

It as simple as buy low sell high Although most people do it wrong. The good thing about crypto is that its so new that if you buy the right projects you cannot go wrong. Even if those tokens/coins are low today, wait for them to rise and then sell. Once the market are falling and all are red I keeping buying some cryptos and hold it until the value of it will rise to my expected price. In this case patience is the most important thing we need to learn. Falling of market is one of the good opportunity to add or buy because the value of cryptos are cheap.

The main tactic is to move away from the current price, and try to think in a year or two ahead. Then you can determine for itself the position for a long period of investment.
