Mine is either hold or buy. If you managed to catch the moment and sell something high, then you can buy the same thing when the price go down getting yourself a nice revenue. If you don't wanna speculate, just hold it. It will eventually go up again if a project behind it is good.

I agree. I wait for this moment, and then I will buy properly for the whole pack of money. I think very few people now expect this turn of events, but it definitely can be.

In my opinion, it is best to hold on to your investments when the market is falling. All you should do is waiting. Because selling you investments at low price can cause you huge loss which then becomes very difficult to recover. So have faith and wait for the price of your coin to rise and when your investments are at substantial profit you can sell them. Or unless you are up with a strategy of a stop loss where you are sure that the reason why you bought that trade is not going to get successful.

Sometimes, the prices of coin and altcoins in the market can be influenced, most especially by the so called whales. I have noticed that this cannot  be done by an individual, but by some group of people, who have a common goal to influence the market. They do it most times to favour themselves. This is what brings about stability in the market sometimes. I think if you cannot engage in trading, the best thing will be for you to hold whatever you have, until the they appreciate to profit level.

The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? I think when market is falling is the best time patience is extremely needed, you can decide to hold or sell, but it's adviceable to hold because it may be a blessing in disguise.

Firstly you should keep calm and should stop loss. Also, you should buy again that coin in order to decrease your average buy price at the right time.

If you know when is market is falling it is better to convert all your asset into usd and let the drop happen, and after some time when you thing market is near in dip or fell enough , convert all your usdt into crypto , that the strategy I am following , my prediction is +-10℅ , but most of the time I have done good job with my investment

If you have coins or tokens, my only advice would be ''hodl!'', when market is falling. But if you want to have some altcoins, I think this kind of  falling terms might great chances to make some buying.
