It as simple as buy low sell high... Although most people do it wrong. The good thing about crypto is that its so new that if you buy the right projects u can`t go wrong. Even if those tokens/coins r low today, wait for them to rise and then sell. With experience u`ll learn when to sell and buy at lower prices when the markets are falling, hence doubling or tripling ur holdings.

Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.
