You can take a look at NEO, i think NEO's price is good to buy now, and it can recover a lot more. In this downtrend market, just DCA then wait and you will gain profit Cheesy

If it is for a long term hold and till you become married, and you are 18 years old, I would recommend to stay in Bitcoin. But if you are interested in alts it is better to buy ADA, NEM, NEO, or even Ethereum - for today its price is low.

Take a few coins from the top ten and a few coins closer to the end of the 100th coinmarketcap. Distribute your deposit evenly between them.

IOTA. It either becomes the biggest project ever or it will fail. Another way, the vision and technology make it interesting and exciting even without the price swings.

In my own opinion if you are to invest your savings in some altcoins I will suggest that you try investing in the top rank coins such like ethereum, ripple, NEO, EOS, tron and monero because they have a very big potential to gave you more earning and it can even give you twice or even thrice earning in your investment.

I think EOS looks very exciting right now. Very ambitious platform with huge potential and big community. One of my favorite alt coins.

That is a great strategy, with high volume, there is only low chance of getting listed and they are more visible in the eyes of the investors
so there potential to grow will increase due to hype as well. People will become educated in the future as crypto can easily be access and no government
controls it so it represents out freedom.

Same here! I hodl some btc and eth but on the other hand market is really convenient to buy more alts recently. So, i’m open for new ideas. I wanna buy a few promising altcoin to hodl long-term.
My point exactly. I am hodling Cardano, EOS, and Ethereum and will keep holding them, while trying to look for more promising projects now. Some coins daily grow in price 50 to 262% like SOJ, USC, INPAY, MANNA. They don't cost a lot but grow fast.

If you want to find an altcoin to invest in over a long period of time, I think you should invest a lot in the EOS. Because at present, EOS is a very high development. If you invest in it at this point, I think in the next few years, they will bring you a lot of profit.

I dont know in how many years you want to get married, but regardless of this, you should consider how much risk are you willing to take depending e.g. on the future purpose of this money and the harm which would be caused by losing it at all. Also not sure if it is a good idea to put all these savings only to crypto, but it depends on your answer to my point above. For your altcoin investment, if you want to reduce the risk, you should choose several coins and split your savings among them. Your risk can be further reduced by higher share of coins with bigger marketcap. So take some time for a research and choose carefully Wink

you can check out coinmarketcap.com and search for alt coins with low values.  whenever i want to engage into longterm holding, i search for coins that have over 100 million total supply and bag so many of them, and then hold

Ripple also uses the Blockchain platform for deployment and development so security and management are highly valued. Ethereum Coin is the best "coin platform" today.

I do not trust the ripple
Investing in ethereum is a good idea. Less than $ 300 is an excellent price. This is the right time to buy a ethereum
