This was my favorite gambling site... and I truly miss your slots  But after making several 5BTC deposits and a 10BTC deposit and not get the bonus that was posted on the front page... I totally gave up. Maybe once I'm drowning in bitcoins again I'll test my luck in your casino again. Lucky Cris, we never received an email from you and always honored every bonus to you. We have extremely precise records of your deposits and when our bonuses were running. Can you please tell us when you deposited and we did not give the bonus? Also, if you didn't get the posted bonus, why didn't you contact us? I did... I responded to an email string I had with customer service about my account access level. If you look at my last 3/4 deposits no bonus was given even though it was flashing on the sign in page. Unfortunately our email server is down because we are attempting to forward you the last communication during which we tell you that we have extended your limits because you are a VIP player inside our casino. Before that the previous email on September 23, we granted you a bonus according to the specified bonus at that time. We will be offering bonuses again soon and will certainly keep you posted. Yes, up until that time, you made good on the deposit bonuses. Looking at my transaction history on your site... there were two 10BTC deposits approx 1 month ago. No bonus was given and I sent the email around that time... at least I thought I did... but maybe I didn't have all my french fries that day. Anyhow, after those two deposits, I deposited 5 or more BTC and didn't get the bonus. I just want to make sure I understand... You say that you will be offering bonuses again soon. Does that mean you are not currently offering bonuses? At this present time? Because according to your website's landing page, there's a 1 BTC Casino bonus on any deposit of 5BTC or more. I took a screenshot but I don't know how to upload pics... but it's there now. Yes, we are currently offering a 1 BTC bonus on deposits of 5 BTC or more. This is a one time bonus however that can be done monthly. As you have not done it in over a month, you would qualify. With regard to the emails, yes we will send them to you very shortly and you will see there was never any mention of any bonus not being granted. That must be new? because I was getting the bonuses every time I deposited. I didn't realize it was one per month. The email I sent should've been sent around the time I deposited the 10 BTC twice. This promotion ran about two weeks ago. We were using it as an example here. We are currently running a 1 BTC bonus for a 5 BTC or more deposit which an be used once per month. Thank you. |
