Okay great, yesterday I sent 1 bitcoin, right now I sent in 4 more and also an email saying BONUS in the subject.  I haven't had a bonus since I joined a couple months ago so I look forward to getting this bonus now! Thanks!

We sent you an email on this as we have yet to receive confirmation on the 4 BTC but we will certainly credit your bonus as soon as we do.  Thank you!

I really like you guys a lot. How long does it normally take to receive a payout?

Usually it doesn't take long. Depending on how much, they may review it, but it's pretty quick.

bitcoinsrock, in my experience BCS cashes out faster than 3 hours.

betcoinsports, i sent 4 bitcoins more (for a total of 5), but somehow the transaction got stuck in limbo as unconfirmed.  i'm not sure what to do?

so i just sent another 4 bitcoins with a transaction fee, and it already has a confirmation.  so if you could check that out please and ship over the bonus when able.  thanks.

During business hours 9am-11pm Eastern it takes a few minutes but up to 15 minutes for all withdrawals under 20 BTC.  Withdrawals over 20 BTC take longer about 4 hours to transfer from the cold wallet to the hot wallet for payment.  We have paid out 120 and 100 BTC on occasions to players.  Weekends it could take up to an hour for under 20 BTC and the same up to 4 hours for larger withdrawals.  Thank you.

We have you all setup applelover.  Very strange that the confirmation isn't coming through on the original deposit.  We do see this from time to time and will watch it closely.

Okay thanks.  Looks like the transaction finally got a couple confirmations.

A separate question.  I see you accept litecoins now.  If I deposit litecoins, and want to bet litecoins and bitcoins on the same bet, what will my betting limit be for one or the other or for both?

Currently, in our test phase, the default currency is bitcoin, therefore litecoin deposits are converted into bitcoin at the time the conformation is complete.  When the user withdraws, he will specify if that withdrawal will be in litecoin or bitcoin and if he chooses litecoin, the conversion takes place first and then the litecoins are sent.  We are slowly rolling this out and that is why we have not made an official announcement yet.

We did not have a winner for the first competition, therefore we will double the prize pool for the second competition from 0.5 to 1 BTC.  The competition will be announced later today or tomorrow and will involve player prop totals.

You will be able to in very short time deposit in bitcoins and withdraw in litecoins and vice versa.  We need about 10-14 days to fully implement this feature.

BetcoinSports,

When are you guys launching the new interface?

Lucky Chris we are hoping for a target beta day during the second week of December and will certainly invite you to the private beta.  We are working very hard on it.

Hi,
Congrats on your Sportsbook and Casino... very nicely done Smiley
Anyways, do you know if the new affiliate interface will be launched at the same time as the new casino?
I'm just kinda anxious to see some more detailed statistics...
OK thanks for your help
- Dave
