Excellent question CBHelp and this is a very important distinction that helps our players understand what they have in credit deposits as well as the free bonus credits they have.

Current Balance - This is the number of credits you have in your account at the present time.

Available Balance - This is the amount you can use to play in the casino or sportsbook immediately.  This number is derived from taking your current balance and subtracting anything you have at risk and then adding any free credits you have.

This setup gives us the ability to separate bonuses from actual deposits.  We hope that this is clear.

ElBill in a private message to us you reference a confirmation number that is associated with another user's deposit.  Your message states:

The guys at Betcoin Sports gave me 100 USD credit to my account when I expressed skepticism, as I got scammed by another casino site before. In return I would write a review. Anyways, when I logged in, the website has a nice layout, with the casino games and sport betting sections separate. It wasn't my money anyways so I betted on a few tennis games. I printed out my bet confirmations and went on over to the casino side. As a casual blackjack player I tried that game and got hooked. I won about 25 bucks before starting a cycle of losing money and gaining some of it back. At the end of the hour, I only had a few dollars left in my account, even though I betted the minimum 5 dollars per bet. Earlier this week I checked back on my bets and saw that I made about $25 out of all those tennis bets; I made a good 10 dollar profit considering it isn't my money and I wagered 10 bucks.
