I have a complex first impression from the WP, mainly positive one, but I still need some areas to be clarified. Anyways, I haven't seen all the materials they have on their website.

It is a complex project and that is why it is required to read it more than once (at least in my case) to understand it. I think it is a very ambitious project and therefore they are looking for a huge budget. We will see how much they can raise.

We will be listed on major exchanges in May. For now, it's too early to divulge any information regarding that, but weeks leading up to that, we will let you know of all developments regarding that matter.

Why would you think it's related to the TaaS project? Maybe i missed it, but i have not seen any relation to the TaaS project. And the project also focuses on a different sector.

Disseminating such consent and advice from the Georgian Government is certainly an excellent free marketing, the project speaks for itself, and its between-lines as well. But as for the first place, it will be a choice of the Team or a choice in which we investors will have the opportunity to participate

Crypto is now becoming more and more mainstream so I guess it would become harder to find a place where there is no crypto regulation imposed by Governments and it will be sooner or later.

Why would we want AI robotics to be decentralized?

We will establish a Mega Factory for the production and R & D of some AI and Robotics projects. Since we are a Tech Incubator and we want those inventors from all over the world who has no capacity and resources to make their invention materialize to participate, we went for blockchain decentralization solution to empower them and help them with their projects. Then it would be in the power of our Token holders to elect/vote those Tech projects they deem good and viable to enter into further R & D and eventually into full production in our Mega Factory.

Amount being raised is rather high , at $250m. What will happen to unsold tokens if you do not hit your hardcap?

I doubt that it is really possible to collect 1/4 billion dollars. Perhaps you will collect much less. So do you have a soft cap? Something I could not find a mention of it in whitepaper anywhere. If there is no soft cap, then what will you do if you collect for example 20 million? To build a plant, are not enough. Will you return the money to investors?

We do have a soft cap of 30M USD and we are confident that we would get that amount.

Yes, you are right it is well explained in our whitepaper, in fact, it's so well explained that it's better for me to just screenshot it and paste it here.

But if I'm right it won't stay a ERC20 token, you will launch your own blockchain at one point?

In case we launch our own blockchain we will swap tokens to our coins.
after we switch to our blockchain we will start new project >>> Blockchain City <<< which will be huge. We will build new City from different blockchain startups. AND acquire free land for all of them, AND create Safe heaven for them

It sounds like a huge project. Have you already thought about a location for this blockchain city? It would need to be somewhere without crypto regulation imo.

The Georgian Government is encouraging businesses to invest more locally, so this is one way of encouraging people to invest in Georgia, giving them lands as grants. Who in their right mind would not take such an opportunity right?
