Amount being raised is rather high , at $250m. What will happen to unsold tokens if you do not hit your hardcap?
The answer to that is explained in the previous posts. We encourage you to read back and learn more info about us. Thanks.

The Kepler roadmap in whitepaper says: Listing of KEP on major exchanges for may 2018. The way it is written, looks like Kepler already has deals with exchanges, can you tell anything about exchanges yet?
We will be listed on major exchanges in May. For now, it's too early to divulge any information regarding that, but weeks leading up to that, we will let you know of all developments regarding that matter. That sounds good. I will remind you this in april Thanks for the quick answer to my questions, appreciated Do you guys actually have deals to be listed that far away? We don't. But project this big and a community that grows bigger day by day, by the time we are ready for listing we could easily choose where we would want to be listed right?

I think it's not far for vote pass, if they can give citizenship to a robot (Sophia) in Saudi Arabia.

I see no problem in regulating products that fall under AI and Robotics. In fact, its kind of good thing for us who are in this industry. That would put some safety measures in place against liability and will standardize ethics enforcement.

of course there will burn the unsold tokens. But i think a good alternative is also give it back to the investors.
Where can I read that not sold coins will be burned And about the distribution of coins among investors, I do not agree with you! Unsold tokens won't be burned. Just read back a couple of posts, dev explains that they have private companies at hand that will buy unsold tokens for fiat money. Thank you for your response. I probably missed this post, now read this top.

is the bounty thread already online?
I'm also interested in this question, but apparently -in their site in the section "Tokens" - no any mention of the bounty program. Let's hope that eventually this thread will be launched. Bounty Campaign Thread is already up. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2853182.0Nice this will surely bring up more attention on this project sin require to gather a considerable amount of money.

That would put some safety measures in place against liability and will standardize ethics enforcement. I guess it does give credibility for people who think regulation is important. I would be cautions that it doesn't become a burden however.

Much as we tend to frown upon regulation, certain things should be regulated especially when they have the potential to "snap to life"

I'm just mid into reading the whitepaper and can you tell me more about the 550000m² of land to buy from georgia. In the wp it says, this will be exchanged for 1$ - do you guys have some kind of liability/connection with georgia to get in on this? or how is this deal gonna work out? At least the design and built of the website blew me away. Its even more amazing on a phone. Cudos to your webdeveloper The Georgian Government is encouraging businesses to invest more locally, so this is one way of encouraging people to invest in Georgia, giving them lands as grants. Who in their right mind would not take such an opportunity right? Interesting, so Georgia is crypto minded? I know belarus is pretty good for Crypto people, but I haven't heard anything from Georgia.

Grants like that are not exclusive for crypto-related startups. It is open for any businesses who would want to put their business in Georgian soil.

I doubt that it is really possible to collect 1/4 billion dollars. Perhaps you will collect much less. So do you have a soft cap? Something I could not find a mention of it in whitepaper anywhere. If there is no soft cap, then what will you do if you collect for example 20 million? To build a plant, are not enough. Will you return the money to investors?
We do have a soft cap of 30M USD and we are confident that we would get that amount. 30 million you can probably collect. So, if you collect this amount or more, your investors are guaranteed to invest their money in the project? That is, they agree to invest depending on the success of the ICO, or will they invest in anyway? ● KEP will allow token holders to directly purchase any product developed by Kepler at the best available price;Does this mean that I can buy your product and pay tokens? Or will you give a discount token holders when paying fiat money?
