I think bounty will trigger process. All delays tend b-hunters to sell as soon as possible and here is many (some) people who's want to risk and buy it all on levels x0.5 and less from ICO's price. With current $0.024 (x0.5) it can be huge dump (I hope  )

in my experience, I remember several projects that paid very generous bounty rewards, but this affected the price very positively because investors are waiting for this day to buy cheap tokens

A high percentage of late investors (after launch) would not notice that amn is an utility token without backup on company shares. Pretty much everyone assume iCO is iqual to an iPO... So, they'll pay a high premium for a "company" with a live project such this one.
