Did you read the prospectus? That information is in there. It is also repeated a couple times in the past couple pages of this thread.

I see this as a long term investment. but im a tad confused about this statement.
The global income of LMB Holdings, including operating profits from all LMB Holdings subsidiaries, will be paid to the LMB Holdings shareholders proportionally, after all operating, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted. The 9,600,000 public shares will receive the first dividends up to the value of 0.0035BTC/share, providing public investors a priority in receiving a minimum of 100% return on their investment. Dividend payments will be made on the last working day of each quarter at midnight (GMT+2).
Does that mean they wont pay out more than .0035btc dividends? Sorry for the newb question, but Im going to invest so I would like to get all my questions answered..
After fulfilling the 0.0035BTC/share promise to investors, future dividends will be divided among 100% of the shares, instead of just the 9.6M public shares. So, investing today would be put into the 9.6m share group, correct? sorry for all the stupid questions....

I got curious when i saw a Norwegian guy on the prospectum. http://lmb-holdings.com/LMB_Holdings_Prospectus.pdfSo i did some digging. Risk & Market Analyst Øystein Aaby has worked in the insurance industry in Norway since 2007. His career has included time working for both AIG and DNB, specialising in risk and claim management. There is only 2 persons named Øystein Aaby in Norway from what i can find. Øystein Aaby Haare - 1981 - Drammen - Programmer - no.linkedin.com/pub/øystein-aaby-haare/2/706/299Øystein Aaby - 1985 - Oslo - Student? - no.linkedin.com/pub/øystein-aaby/20/26/745/First guy seems be a programmer, has a wife and kid. Also house isnt that bad. The second guy i dont find much on.. yet. Wondering if i found the right guys since both have no mention of AIG and DNB.

If this succeeds, we will see bitcoin skyrocket, not sure like it did earlier this year, but it will def. go up. So, shareholders will be winners on two fronts, dividends from the ipo and the bitcoin price. The only bad thing I see is that most bitcoiners like to see a quick coin, aint gunna happen with this ipo, we will be lucky to see any type of dividend by summer, so that may scare many away, but those that are smart and have patients will see this as a great opportunity...
Now, what is better? to hold on to the bitcoin or invest? its like the chicken and the egg, lol. If we all invest, we will make the bitcoin go up, if we dont, it will still probably go up but not as much...
I think this is the first IPO that has a lot of transparency (at least from what Ive seen). Im seriously going to tell friends that like to invest in different ideas about this venture.. this is a no brainer for the average bitcoin investor....
