No this is not the case, we should have some extremely good news on Saturday if everything goes to plan. Which will hopefully spur the sale of the remaining shares.

Can't wait! Keep up the good work!

So this is the new merchant adopter, that you have been working on for around 3 months?

Using my psychic powers, I predict this reply:

"Wait until after Saturday"

Dont need to be psychic, when you can be well informed.  Wink

I say that because we've been though this before and I can't see any point to dredging it up other than to create a little FUD-storm.

This company is fully regulated, not some shadow mining operation like we are used to in bitcoin world. Also they are cooperating with some big accountant/auditor firm IIRC.

Thanks to BTC valuation in recent months my investment in this company grow to the size of 3-4 rooms apartment in my country. So I think my concerns are in the place. And I have a reason to ask question, if is everything what we're doing here legal and what exactly are we shareholders holding(our shares) in the eyes of law under all of regulation. Not FUD-storm at all. Just simple question.

I'm happy to see the remaning direct shares are being sold, I'm monitoring the ticker. The success of this venture is really needed in Europe. Smiley

Hallo everyone.

I am interested in buying some shares directly from Neo & Bee. I also live in Cyprus. Can I go to their offices and do it? I would like to avoid third parties (havelock, tat investments, etc.).

You can setup an account here https://www.lmb-holdings.com/ and buy directly from the company. I guess if you're interested in a pretty big amount you can go to their offices, I think they welcome visits anyway.

Where can I find the ticker showing remaining shares?  Thanks!

The shares on Havelock are PT.  Havelock itself (and we've been over this some times now) is not subject to US regulations ie its not going to be closed down by Fincen or whoever they are.

Since Neo has gained the appropriate licences for Europe, I would consider the shares there to be considered legal.  Let's also remember there is no compulsion on Havelock to be anonymous...you can use your real name!!

It's one person now with a ridiculous number of socks, posting on multiple threads basically being a twat. Seems to think this forum is his own personal play thing.

That particular person has had the same agenda for so long now, it surely has developed into a new undefined online virtual mental condition, no?

...

Not cynicism, i simply target the presumed age bracket of my audience.  I'll try an analogy:

When the guy working door at the bar demands to see your ID, he isn't being cruel.  Bars are *required* to ID youngsters.
In Ponyville, nopony has to show her cutie marks and nopony minds.  Sadly, IRL has a ways to trot before it catches up with Equestria.

@ffssixtynine:
My agenda is simple.  I want to end the unnecessary tears and snot in Bitcoinland.  When a colorful van pulls up and offers you free candy, it's hard to resist the urge to hop right in.
Thus far, suggesting that it might not be a good idea has not won me many fans.  Thankless work, but hey...

When Pirateat40 promised to make you rich, you were there to defend his honor.  When it was suggested that Tradefortress might not be the most trustworthy guy, people laughed.  When the wisdom of sending your coin to Jon was questioned, it was called FUD.  What could possibly go wrong?

Finally, after all of this smashing success, Danny said that NeoBee is working with Jon to resolve his "problem," well... shit, it was good enough for you!
Even after he went back on his word and said it was just him, Danny, tinkering with the problem in his spare time.
Even after months of zero news.

Anyhow, this time it's different.  Carry on.
