To avoid to read whitepaper, first you can search the other thing first and check if the ico is backed by real company or not, have working product or not and other. If you very interesting then read whitepaper in the last to make sure everything good.  Wink

Most often yes, but sometimes I just join ICOs due to hype for a fast cashout after ICO.

Yes I read whitepaper even though there are too many. Read the whitepaper, it can be useful in determining a good ICO. If you really want to get a decent profit, if you want your investment to be worth it, you should read the whitepaper to get a clear understanding of their project, its purpose and many more. You should also consider the roadmap, and the website. On their website, you can see a summarized information of their project.

Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

Reading a whitepaper is a must.  Before  I join in any bounty campaign I see to eat that I read every details on the whitepaper.  Through that, I gain proper understanding about the project, its purpose and function, the developers and the like.  You just have to give time and understand the details so you will not feel that it is a burden.  How you can support a certain campaign if you do not have enough idea about it.  So, I make it as a habit to read whitepaper before engaging into it.

I always read the whitepaper before participating in any ICO because Whitepaper is the main thing if you do not read whitepaper you do not understand the concept of the project. An if you are investing in that ICO it is required to read Whitepaper because only by reading whitepaper we understand that the project is good or not.

Reading documents do rarely, first of all pay attention to the team and the idea of the project . The site is also an integral part of a good project .

Yes I always read before participating in any bounty/ICO's. I always consider white paper as an important thing to read about the roadmap or planning of the specific bounty campaign so that I can decide whether it is good to invest or not on the basis of whitepaper. Yes it takes time to read whiterpaper properly but I don't read all the bounty campaigns white paper same day. I don't read more than 2 white paper in a single day. You should do some time management so that you can save your time.

Before I join a signature campaign I make sure to read the whitepaper I want to understand and have a bakcground with what I am going to advertise and also I want to know if the team is legit. I think its really necessary to read whitepaper whether you're a bounty hunter or investor because you are going to invest something in the project.

I have a habit to read whitepaper before investing in projects because I believe in long term potential instead of short term profits like speculaters and flippers. And I used to write articles on new ICOs in my Steemit blog .

If you do not invest, then you can read the general information on the project website. However, if you are going to invest money, it is necessary to review the ratings that other people gave, read the white paper and pay special attention to the command - where they worked, what work experience, etc.

for someone who wants to contribute to being an investor on a project they will definitely read the whitepaper, because that is one of the points to be able to produce a good analysis. one of the tips to read an easy whitepaper is to read everything, never let go of any information because it will be very valuable to determine the decision that we will do later.

Maybe there are still many people who just speculate to make a decision, but I make sure that when we can find out all the information that is on a project then it will determine how well we choose the right project to be an investment.

when I read a whitepaper I look at the number of pages at first. If I'm going to make a big investment, I read the crucial places

Yes. The white paper is must and it must be read thoroughly and outside research may need to be conducted as well.

It's better to take the time to fully evaluate a project than look for shortcuts, wind up in the red and say to yourself, i should have done more research.

I will read the whitepaper thoroughly and look for various information about the project before investing my money.
We should be more careful in choosing ico for investment because many failed ico or scam that would be very detrimental if investing in the project.

I always start with the main site of project, read about  the team, read a short version of the white paper, if there is one available. And if i like the project and it seems for me promising and interesting  -  then I read the full version of WP.  Well, this is not the most pleasant and  a fascinating pastime, sometimes im very bored..But investment is not a game but the work. If you don't want to lose your money ,you must read.

Of course I read white paper bro. How else? I'm generally shocked by what people write here. Do not believe them, because those who write that they allegedly do not read, in fact, everything is read. Otherwise, how then can they invest in projects about which they do not know anything. It's a casino.
