Bitmine AG is a fraud.  They have stolen so much money from me and many other customers.  They have banked all the Bitcoins from their cloud mining and other illegal operations.  The really messed part of this is that Swiss government won't do anything about it.  As a matter fact, they allow this happen and don't care.  This is really weird for me as I'm tired of getting scammed and no responses from them either.  Unfortunately if you live and are a US resident and/or citizen you can't do anything about it either.  Bitmine AG has managed to steal so much money that now all they have to do is declare bankruptcy and get away with it.  Bitmine AG will be another Mt. Gox, you wait and see, and again Bitcoin prices will fall again.  It's really too bad cause I truly did believe in Bitcoin and it's future but now I'm convinced it's not worth the money, time, and effort to pursue it.  Bitcoin was really made for the wealthy who want dominate the currency market like any other currency.  People like me who believed that it would bring true freedom in that space were dead wrong and once again we got screwed.  Giorgio Massarotto and his criminal friends knew exactly what to do and when to do it so that they would make money and screw us out of our money.  As a matter fact, I'm very sure that he planned this out carefully and put the pieces into place to get what he wanted.  Now he just like Mark Karpeles, are enjoying the luxury of wealth they acquired from their customers and have nothing to worry about.  Doesn't surprise me a bit and the only person I should be blaming is myself for trusting these assholes.  Well this will not happen ever again.  I will never trust anyone again in this space again.  This was a very expensive lesson ($6000) but worth it so that I would become wiser.  Thank you all for your time.

Interesting News.
I did the effort and ordered a "Betreibungsauszug" (List of people who claimed money) for Bitmine AG.

So 56 people/companies already did a Betreibung (or tried to) most of them have the Status "Opposizione totale" which means that Bitmine Rejected their claim and to proceed you have to do a lawsuit (expensive).
So far there is only one company with a total claim of 120'000Fr (!) which made the lawsuit and got their money back.

But the most interesting number is the total sum of claims 1'031'343 Fr

They sent me an email yesterday stopping cloud hashing but when I login it seems it is still going. They havent even write it on their webpage. They totally sh*t on their clients.

That was the last hope to get back something from my 6k USD. Is this any chance with this "betreibung"? Now it seems bitmine totally go into bankruptcy because they invested all of our money this cloud mining sh*t. The remaining money was for their private spending. The 1M CHF company capital was a true lie 1 year ago. I cannot see right now a single dollar cent getting back guys.

I don't want to spoil your hopes, but actually, chances to get your money without a signed "Schuldanerkennung", a document signed by the creditor that he owes you money, are very slim. If you file a Betreibung, he can contest this. Then you have to ask for a "Rechtsöffnung". Then, in a first step, some kind of a mediation proceeding takes place. If you don't agree with the creditor, you can go to court. There, again, your chances are rather slim without a written "Schuldanerkennung". Furthermore, before the court case takes place, you'll have to pay a fee in advance. This normally is a couple of hundred Swiss Francs. If you lose the case, this money is gone. However, you then can file a case at the next higher court. And so on.

There are a lot of companies which will offer your services for getting the money back. What they normally do is: They write letters to the creditor, add their horrendous fees and finally don't get anything for you.

Click on the Trust link from there and add a negative review.  I think enough people do this he will be banned from BitcoinTalk.  He doesn't deserve to be on here and we need to unite to get him kicked off this forum.  Don't you all agree?  

Also just in case you were wondering what this guy looks like here is a picture of him.  He is the one on the right side.  If you live in Europe and/or Switzerland keep an eye out for him that way if you see him you can confront him and ask why he scammed so many people out of their money.

Good evening everyone.

Like many of you I too am waiting for money from Bitmine, I live in Switzerland and I decided to make a "procedura di esecuzione" (I don't know how to say in English perhaps legal process executive).
Initially Bitmine did opposition to our procedure but we have done in response to their a rejection of their opposition.

I wanted to know if anyone in this forum has made himself a "Precetto esecutivo"and if maybe someone has already ended?!? How is going to end?

Advice to all those who expect the money by bitmine to watch this page and start a "precetto esecutivo" ... is one of the few ways to maybe get the money back. Ciao

This is true, elvizzzzzzz is right. @crocko there is no sign or added negative review/trust for Giorgio Massarotto.  Please do this and keep pushing everyone on this forum to do the same.  It is very very important that his reputation on here gets ruined and untrustworthy.  He can't just get away from stealing millions of dollars without some kind of consequence.  We all now know and realize that the Swiss government doesn't care and won't do anything.  I'm almost willing to bet my life that Giorgio knew this when he started this scam operation.  Again below is his user page and please click on the trust link then fill out a negative review and submit.  Thank you!

My cloud hashing has been stopped a few weeks ago though the maintenance cost is deducting every day since then. I didnt get a notification about this and their phone is off. Its crazy what they did with their clients. I hope they will get their punishment!!!

I had a lawyer to get my money back early last year, but in the end he said he can't do much because I didn't pay with "real" money and that the lawsuit would cost me more then what the miner is worth.
So I gave up.

My lawyer told me they probably will go to JAIL ^^ because of tax fraud (Steuerhinterziehung)

They earn bitcoins and sell them and don´t pay any taxes. Thats fraud BIG STYLE friends.

So i made a notification to ESTV (swiss tax agency). -> sd@estv.admin.ch

the MORE PEOPLE tell them that Christian Anselmi and Giorgio Massarotto are tax frauders the FASTER THEY DO GUYS, they will check them ^^

I ordered a list of running "precetto esecutivo" or "Betreibungen" in german. You can watch the list in a earlier post or i'll send you a detailed list by PM.
They got 51 "precetto esecutivo" from different people and they did "opposizione totale" (Refuse Claim) for all of them -> you have to get a lawyer to proceed and no guarantee of success.

I didnt do the "precetto esecutivo" because it won't get you anything, unfortunately.

I also live in switzerland, let us meet and visit Bitmine together (with some baseball bats ), that would be the best I think.
