I know that no ASIC producer has yet kept his promises. But still I don't blame bitmines problems on someone else (yifu guo or whoever) but ONLY on bitmine itself.

A thing I do not understand, I had talked to an Andrew. I think Giorgio will know which person I am referring to, some months back and he had mentioned he private fund this project and taking delivery in order of PH's
so what was the use for taking any pre-order payments from customer exactly?
profit is nice but people are mainly now concerned with simply breaking even. it's not so hard with raw production costs to ensure this happens.
would be nice for early backers who give faith to your project to at least walk away without a loss. there are so many snakes and scummy business in this industry. BFL will never have respect for example, no repeat customers - only lure in more newbies. future success and return business relies on reputation. Hope you can turn this into a success story.

But still I don't blame bitmines problems on someone else (yifu guo or whoever) but ONLY on bitmine itself. their first run was really screwed up by Yifu, he didnt deliver the chips at the promised time, people waited 3-4 months and then hardly got refunded, but the biggest problem was that they bought all parts needed for production so the damage was already done.... and not only this, even people who bought miners from Avalon directly (batch2,3) waited so long for their miners and got them already used, you could easily see the huge amount of dust inside the miner and on fans on supposedly "new miners". I could give them some credits on the first run, but I cant think of any other excuse for this run.

Maybe georgem is not aware that bitmine stared their business as avalon clone manufacture, what mostly failed and only first batch delivered with delay due yifu screw up. However, current situation has nothing with avalon or yifu.

They can't justify current issues with past problems. So really what's the problem with bitmine now? They should be honest and put the cards on the table... instead they still advertize their products and take new orders as if no "fuckery was afoot". (excuse my french) Currently advertized shipment date for new orders: March week 3... Really? No shit.

I hope Bitmine news, I have spent nearly 10,000 euros to buy 1 Coingraft coingraft desk and another ring and there is little hope that the thing starts to go.

Hashrate: 17,490,240 GH/s Why? Our miners, not yet "made" and Hashrate increases at a breakneck pace??? I guess they do Mining on them for a long time!

I also do assume that chips for the first coincraft batch are actually used by themselves or a (related) party close to them. This really starts to stink - especially because bitmine is keeping their mouths shut! For f*ck´s sake bitmine - SPEAK UP!

Their communcation really sucks and they seem to give a shit on their customers. I kindly request a moderator to change the topic of this thread to Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners self-help group thread

Yesterday I received a letter from one bitmine, for all this time! Your request (2056) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
To add additional comments, reply to this email. Most interesting is that the same letter was from another country! All under a single (large) in the queue for a response by email!

I am starting to feel like a member of alcoholics anonymous... Group: "Hi george" George: "Hi everybody, I am the new guy...., you wont believe the shit I went thru.... I want to cry..." Group: "Aaaaaawwww, get it off your chest, we are your friends...don't be ashamed... tell us everything" ...
