Hello Bitmine
I ordered 17 TH / s of delivery 12/21/2013
On 21.12.2013, the difficulty was with 1180923195
If I had my equipment on time then now would be 260 BTC in my wallet.
This means a loss of around 156,000 euros at an exchange rate of 600 euros.
According to his own statement you want to give customers something never before another manufacturer has commanded.
give all our customers for their loss in BTC again Cry

then someone should have received a) a miner or b) good news....

Their communcation really sucks and they seem to give a shit on their customers.

I kindly request a moderator to change the topic of this thread to
Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners self-help group thread

lol, so true. I am starting to feel like a member of alcoholics anonymous...

Group: "Hi george"  Smiley Wink Smiley Sad Smiley Kiss

George: "Hi everybody, I am the new guy...., you wont believe the shit I went thru.... I want to cry..."  Embarrassed

Group: "Aaaaaawwww, get it off your chest, we are your friends...don't be ashamed... tell us everything"  Cheesy Wink Smiley Cheesy Wink

...  Undecided

Dave: Hi, I'm Dave and I am a bitmine-customer

Group: Hi Dave

Dave: I really tried, but I just can't quit my commitment to order #1234

Group: Well, you just have to stick 61 more days to the CC-Plan, which has been itroduced to protect us bitmine-customers. After that, you might be able to sever your ties to your dark past and start to look forward

Hashrate: 17,490,240 GH/s   Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

Why?
Our miners, not yet "made" and Hashrate increases at a breakneck pace???

I guess they do Mining on them for a long time!  Angry

Unlikely.  If you want to go down the conspiracy theory route, could be any vendor (Bitmine, Hashfash, Cointerra, BFL), but that seems pretty far fetched.

Most likely the hash rate increase is down to some secretive manufacturer(s) like 21e6 who only mine for themselves and don't sell miners.  What's the betting there aren't a few more operations out there like that who are so secretive we don't even know their name?

The last update on their website was a month ago, I know that they posted an update here about the test of a new board revision, but this silence worries me..... today is the start of the week and I am really curious if they made any progress and when they will start the production/shipping of Batch 1

On the other hand, the behaviour of the community has made it pretty much impossible for any vendor to report on a problem, even a minor one, until they've fixed it.  If you report on a problem, you'll instantly be called a scam.

Actually, you'll be called a scam whatever you do, but if you report on a problem it's probably worse...

Sorry but that´s simply not true.
It´s mainly about the inability of manufacturers to communicate openly about what´s the progress.
This is what leaves room for speculation.

The last update from bitmine, even though they have admitted having problems, has been much appreciated by all users.

The reason manufacturers are hesitant to report on errors and delays is due to the... unique personality of this community.  Everything is accused of being a scam or a conspiracy, regardless  of the levels of transparency and previous track record.  You can't name a single hardware provider that hasn't been accused of being both.  It can be argued that this is because we've never had an honest manufacturer, but somehow hardware is getting made and shipped so I have to doubt the accuracy of that assumption.

It looks like everybod does that butterfly labs also. ALL ASICS SELLERS

You pay those machines, they have money to pay a production of it.
They have contracts with producer of that machines so they get them in time.
But they lie to customers they have delays. In that delay time they mine on your machines a month or two.
After that hashrate is so much higher that your macihes are almost unusable and than they ship your machines to you.
And after that they put out new machines with double or triple hashrate for the same price.
And all starts over again, you pay for them, they make order at chinese manufacturer, they produce them in time......

They make money on your machines twice, first mining bitcoins and than selling used machines to you, when network hashrate rise and it is almost unusable for them.....

OR they sell used machines with low mining hashrate which they don't want them anymore and are on stock.

Did or did they not deliver in time? or at least manufacture in time and only had slight delays during shipout.
Have you been a customer of them?

Just because of some trolls posting garbage on the interwebs ....
Please dig out those accusations. An accusation is maybe just an invitation for a statement.

Also please differ between public communication and customer support/customer service!

When people buy investments and lose money by doing so, but the issueing company has a profit....how would you call that...

Without miners being investments, noone would prepay.

And that was exactly my point.  This community has an abundance of trolls that make it unpleasant to post anything even slightly negative.  So it doesn't surprise me when companies go quiet while they sort out an appropriate response and presentation.
