0.9 may be possible on a very lucky day/pool. Or you use a strange calculator.

I agree on the latter, but can't say something about the first. Good luck anyways, sincerely. I only lost around € 2,000 to this failure, because I luckily managed to get out of this mess in October 2013.

@macfarlane801
At today's rates, and projecting present rates of hardware in production, I expect ~2BTC per Terahash
to September 2015. If you paid in dollars, and have free electricity, good luck with that, as you have a
bet on the future value of bitcoin and hashing rates.

If you paid in bitcoin, then depending on your timing, you may be lucky enough to break even or slightly better,
but this is not the refund you are contractually due.

@zadehmehdi
What happen with your USA based lawyers ?
No progress?

I can't afford a lawyer...I asked for a quote and they want $1000+ to file paperwork and that doesn't guarantee anything.  Since these thieves are overseas and it would be out of justification of them.  It's a gamble with a lawyer really.  Bitmine knew they could get away with doing this to so many people especially since they are located overseas they did it all on purpose.  They are not sitting well on a lot of funding do as they please.  At one point I thought I could trust them but unfortunately I was wrong.  They have ruined my faith in Bitcoin and any company that is selling Bitcoin hardware.  You can even do a Google search on BFL as you will find that the FTC has shut them down for the same reason.  Again unfortunately the FTC would be out of their jurisdiction to go after Bitmine so guess what again they got away with doing this.  It's quite sad that we live in a world like this but it goes to show not to trust anyone unless you truly know them.  Giorgio Massarotto will get what he deserves for what he did cause I do believe in karma and one way or another they will have to pay for these crimes they have committed.  My advice to anyone that reads this forum is that they never give another penny to these criminals.  Thank you.

Hi there, today i noticed that one of the 5 hashing modules (CoinCraft Desk) shows just 51Gh/s. i see nothing in the log related to that, all seems to be Ok, but i'm missing about 150Gh/s. Anybody had the same thing? any clues how to solve this? I tried reloading cgminer and rebooting the box, same thing.

These don't use 12v, they use 24v. Unless the Desk is different than the Rig...

Lots of could bees. Could be the back-plane, could be a loose component on the cards. Could be temperature, could just be it's a POS...

I've got 9 Rigs I've been struggling with for months with no good support from the Bitmine Mafia...

They don't even answer their emails for the l couple of weeks. $22k of swiss quality junk...

Finally Bitmine admits to me that they have serious financial problems!

I accepted their offer just to get at least some of the BTC back that I have paid to them...

Hello

We have not forgotten you!
Due a huge amount of e-mails we beg your pardon for the late answer.

As you maybe already noticed the Bitmine AG remains in serious financial trouble and can not continue the repayments. The registered Refunds are too numerous to treat all requester equivalent.

At the moment we are trying to achieve an amicable agreement with our customers and hope that it can be accepted by most of them.

In this regard, we kindly ask you to take in consideration to convert the refund amount in cloud mining. Essentially, 1 USD paid by you can be converted into 1 GH/s of the new product, the cloud mining.
This for the chosen mining period as mentioned in our link http://bitmine.ch/product/cloud-mining-hosting-plans-bitcoin/.
If you do accept the offer, we will set up and enable the cloud Mining for you.

The product of cloud-hashing replaces the formerly offered / supplied Miner and will help you not only to get more than four times the power originally purchased, but also the running costs will be much lower.

More information is available on the website: http://bitmine.ch/product/cloud-mining-hosting-plans-bitcoin/

We ask that you inform us about your opinion.
In the meantime, we remain

Best regards

I can't even get this out of them...  I send a polite email every few weeks asking for an update and asking to resolve the issue by a cloud contract.  Emails sent in the last couple of months have been completely ignored.

Asking and asking to work with them to resolve my order, like you I would settle at this point for a cloud contract to try and recoup as much of my ass as I can.   But they won't even respond to a reasonable person trying to work with them...  All the while difficulty sky rockets and my returns continue to diminish by Btimines actions/inactions.

Same here. These muthafuckers don't give me any reply whatsoever. I hope these scammers burn in hell, complete damn amateurs on the lower level. God damn, we were idiots for sending them our money. Consider it gone forever. "A fool and his money will soon be parted." Out $5k here.
