I don't really know why you defend so much this company who did so much evil to many people  
You present this cloudmining contract like the Holy Grail, but in fact the Bitmine don't reply even to our email/phones or post some news about the refunds on their website.
This cloudmining facility that offer you this cloud mining contract which you are so content and proud was actually build with MY MONEY and OTHERS PEOPLE MONEY ! BITMINE AG STOLED our money, used against our will, and now send [...] like YOU to lecture us about patience and reconciliation via cloudminig !
I am twice man than you can be in this life and all your afterlives and be sure I will fight for my and all people's rights!

I'm not defending Bitmine.
I'm also angry about Bitmine.

I was in the same situation as you.
Already I am a long time in this mining business and have experienced much.
In contrast to you, I have ceased to complain and preferred a solution that gave me the best possible option to get my money back in an acceptable time so that I can reinvest elsewhere.

I understand that you're upset, but that changes nothing about the fact that you will not get a refund in the near term.
Have right and get right is not the same.

I am not happy with this Contract, but it was the best of the bad situation I could do.

And just because you imagine that Bitmine shoveling an ass full of money and Giorgio drives a Ferrari, you will not receive your money back more quick.
I prefer to be an realist and take the best what I get and invest my energy into other projects.

You will find in this thread a few people who have chosen the same way as me.
And from those no one complains anymore.
They are not happy, but probably feel a lot better now than you!

But sometimes, however, is the pride of the people too large to choose the most obvious.
At the end everyone has to get along with his own decisions.

Yes, I go legal way first.
Then I met my current decision.
I can also count up 1 and 1.
A 1PH-Farm give not so much/day. (Definitely not 400BTC as crocko likes to claim)
Especially if the most Hashrate goes to the customer with Cloud contract.

One thing sure is that Bitmine is run by bumbling idiots and scammers. The address I generated for my Bitmine orders has leaked out and is actively used for phishing attempts:

Sure, last year when I take my order, I knew that Bitmine will not deliver on time.

I am happy for you that you consider the BTC count as your investment and not the value of your BTC's at the time vs today,,, in that case, you may have made the right choice for you.

That's why I said that at the end everyone needs to know himself, which way is the best for him.
I can only share my experience from my view.

Today's exchange rate does not help of course.
Nobody also do not know where he stands in 6 months.
This makes the decision more difficult.

I only know for sure, that a bankrupt of Bitmine helps no one.
I'm going to lose (some of) my money, you lose yours.
This has simple to do with rational business thinking.
That's just my opinion.

Take a Mining Calculator, put a few TH in with a BTC purchase price at the rate of 1BTC = $ 1100 .... thats it.
But this does not work of course, because then you can not discover any conspiracies and denounce some people.
