I have been trying to contact them over the phone for more than one week, they do not pick up the phone any more. Has anyone managed to talk with them recently?

I just called them but got a message that their phone number was not in use anymore... And no response to emails since a long time.

I have posted a complain on http://www.cybercrime.admin.ch/kobik/en/home/meldeformular/meldeformular.html so I hope they at least shut down their website to prevent future fraud.

Time to organise a lawsuit in my opinion. Does anyone know how 'asset recovery' works in Switzerland?

What has been written earlier on this forum is like this if I'm not remembering completely wrong
All person's has to sue them individually.
Cost's for lawyer is approx $1000 and upwards.
If you win in court you can not get the losing part to pay your cost's for your lawyer.

EDIT: just tried calling their number and the normal answering machine was on so their number is working

I'm still getting my mining shares payouts and am 6 weeks into it. It's not good, I will probably only get half of the original btc investment back but I figured that it was either that or get nothing.

I invested $24,000 originally so was not happy.

Warning! this bitcoin address contains transactions which may be double spends. You should be extremely careful when trusting any transactions to or from this address.

---
looks not trustworthy

I also had that on one of my old wallets. Don't know why it appeared there.
I suspect it was because I had a transaction there which did not get confirmed for some reason
In that bitmine wallet there is also two transactions which have not gotten any confirmation even if they transactions has happened 23.10 and 24.10.2014

On 3rd Dec 2013 I sent couple thousands USD to Bitmine.ch bank in order to buy a SHA256-ASIC.
Today it is  Dec 2014 more than 1 year passed, I never received any ASIC / refund / even answer to my emails since June 2014.
Can anyone from the Bitmine.ch staff explain me WHEN or IF I will receive any refund in this life ??
Are my money simply "gone" ?  Grin
Bitmine.ch your logo is "For serious miners". I am a serious miner too ! I actually I helped you, Bitmine.ch to achieve your success with my money. Me and other people from this forum !
You have a mining facility for Bitcoin on Iceland now.
Why didn't you return the money ??
Why didn't you reply to our emails / phones ?

wow. i havent checked this thread in ages.

i recieved my miners. with the extra hash for free in the guise of another machine. they have been running fine.

i feel so sorry for you guys i really do. they are decent miners. i thought that bitmine was just unlucky with hardware deliveries and ferrari purchases but they are obviously criminals.

fuck their cloudhashing. i hope they have the balls to attend a european bitcoin conference and i see them. that massa fucker needs a sharp ticking off. with finger pointing.

I have the same experience. I spent over 10K USD with these scammers. First it was promises of hardware delivered on time, then promises of refund delivered "next month". I have lost hope with these people and will lodge complaints with the Swiss police and embassy in my country. I hope they get what they deserve.

Thanks for the link to the Ticino Bitmine business page. It looks like they have not filed any financial reports for a while.

The timing of the increase in capital invested 6th February 2014, and 1,000,000 Swiss Francs
might make some believe that their refund is "invested" in Bitmine AG.

The business seems to be turning fiat money into bitcoin via electricity,
and that should make for interesting reading sometime soon.

The news reports provide nothing new, though :
"Technically, the currency is absolutely safe and neither states nor companies can influence it.
Therefore, it has a good chance of long-term as the standard in Internet payments. "

Just as long as you are not waiting for a refund ...

Hello friends. I still believe that Giorgio Massarotto must be punished physically. Very cruel. I proposed this idea 6 months ago.
How long can you tolerate?

Hello

As you maybe already have noticed the Bitmine AG remains in serious financial trouble and can not continue the repayments for the moment, because the registered Refunds are too numerous to treat all requester equivalent.
Until some time ago the aim was to be over with all refunds by the end of the year, but it mostly depends on the bitcoin value, which, as you should know, quite decreased in the last time. So don't take this as a statement or a promise, but our goal is to solve everything. Please contact us again next year, this year we will have no more information in this regards.

In the meantime, we remain
Best regards
