I think the difference is this platform is p2p and is also fully decentralised because they will be sharing 100% of there profit and enabling the token holders to vote on certain thing like listing of new token and future ventures. I think this is really different from any other exchange out there, no other exchange offers anything even similar to Localcoinswap |

there are already too many products that can swap coins, a wallet can easily do this, if the team claims all the profits distributed, that may be the high lights, but i wonder how will the team run in the future without the profits

there is many similar ICO's coming up which have similar interfaces and goals to achieve. But this project can reach moon as they have a team of expert developers working for them.
