This move should be appluaded. Yes, it's  a delay, but guess what? When you are building real-time applications you don't know what is going to arise until you're actually doing it. Same goes for everything. You have a plan and then the unexpected always will happen. Almost everyone on here has never built any apps or sites, or really much of anything so it's unfair for any of us to be mad at the team for this.
