While i agree that 99% of the ICOs are either money grabs or scams,I wouldnt say that its only ICOs and devs fault,for all this situation that we are seeing.Investors are also blinded by the greed,they were throwing money at every silly idea,and hoping make quick buck.
While it maybe worked in late 2017 due crazy bull market,its not working now,and when people start doing their due dilligence, there will be less shitty and scammy ICOs.

If something does not suit you, you can do another kind of activity.
There are cheaters in any industry, and the more money you can get there, the more cheaters there are.
