I really don't understand what for these ICOs need 20 million. What is the reason? To my mind it is too much to each budget.
Crypto is a tricky sphere and people are greedy, they set high goals, take more money for advertisement and require higher salaries

They need to put that 20 million into a market that can bring the price up so we can make money through the ICO's.

Very, very accurate analysis. Because of these scam projects, many new generation investors have moved away from this channel. That's why most people are looking at crypto as fraud.

So far so many coins that are just coming out right now are just scam coins. If we are being honest theses scam coins are one of the things that is making the market crash since they are letting their projects crash and just taking out money out of the market. I do not agree that crypto has gone to shit yet but if something is not done then that is where we are headed

Crypto has certainly not gone to shit. There are coins like PRG, ADA and NEO and they shall go very high in some time. These coins have an excellent performance and will go very high. It is assured.

That is why we need the government or the SEC to enter the market to prevent such bad things happening. This is a pretty bad market for a potential technology like Blockchain. In the future we need to solve this problem as soon as possible so that the market can develop in the long run.

Say thanks to Buterin with his Ethereum that made it possible to make crowdfunding on blockchain. Though I do understand why those projects would need $ several dozens million. Salaries consume a large part of funds (especially when there are like 10-15 consultants). Technical development (main net and product demo) and listing of a token is also a rather cost-intensive part. But still it's no good when there are tons of projects with similar ideas.

what is really annoying is hype, and all those just images of succesful crypto users, instead of real research. i think we should wait for a while and stay close to what we wanted
