After reaching an agreement with c-scape and announced today bulk chip prices from BFSB, We decided to offer you all the possibility to get in October Bitfury chip based mining boards. The design is proved and working. Today We Assembled a test board and it is hashing @ 37-38 GH/s at the moment.

Features:
16 Bitfury ASIC capacity
Adjustable (through 0805 SMT resistor) voltage regulator between 0.7 and 0.9V
Core voltage regulator has 50A capacity, so chips can be overclocked.
On-board ARM Cortex M3 processor with standard RJ-45 100 Mbps Ethernet port.
Built-in mining software can operate stand-alone. No PC or Raspberry PI needed, just an internet connection.
TCP/IP stack with DHCP and DNS support. Just fill in pool server name, port number, username and password.
Support for Stratum and backup mining pools.
Built-in small webserver for chip status/speed reports.
PCB temperature sensor, could be used for automatic shutdown when temperature gets too high.

If you don't have the budget for a large number of chips, overclocking is the best option, as it will get you 40GH/sec out of a card

1. Miner Pricing:

1.1 Full assembled miner including PCB, 16 Bitfury chips ,  desighner fee, all components, assembly and testing, hestsink and fan - 720.00 EUR

1.2 Assembly service for owners of bitfury chips -including PCB,assembly . designer fee and testing , heatsink and fan - 399.00 EUR

1.3 Technobit NanoFury USB miner - 52 EUR

1.4 Technobit NanoFury assembly service with your chip

Technical details

* No external power supply is required as the board is USB2.0-powered. If you want to run multiple units via a powered external USB hub you’ll need to get that separately. Powered USB hub is not included in this GB.

* For the same reason the hashing rate will be limited to about 2.3GH/s. (This is because the device can draw no more than 500mA from a standard USB 2.0 port). At this point we estimate that we should be able to achieve roughly 2GH with those power constraints, even though the chips have demonstrated up to 3.2GH/s. It is also possible that due to those limitations we may have to run the chips at a slightly slower hashing speeds , which on the good side will be controlled via software (cgminer) and depending on your specific USB hub you might be able to squeeze out a few more hashes.

* Overclocking: the board does permit some overclocking (with hardware modifications - see also “pencil mod”). Be aware though that if this exceeds the limits of your USB port your computer may just turn off the port completely. Also, with increase of speed you will get more heat. The chip and board is designed to use the back side as a heatsink, but if that’s not enough you may have to add an additional heatsink.

2. Bitfury chip distribution
At the moment Bitfury chip is aviable to buy in 3 options : From Niko @ BFSB - single sample chip - 80 EUr /piec; From BFSB 65000.00 EUR for 3000 pcs reel and from Zefir 300 pcs for 108 EUR
We are offering you to  join together and to get a reel . You can order minimum of  1 chip  @ 24 EUR per piece.

3 Delivery time
As per Niko Punin message the chip are to be delivered in the beginning of October, so we have a few weeks to gather enough demand.
If the chips are here early October the production of the board will take 2-3 weeks, having in mind design is working and proved.
Hi,
Niko,

I'm trying to organize some assembly service based on 16 chip miner board.

Best Regards: Martin

Dear Martin,

I'm sorry for delay, just got the pricing yesterday myself. Chips are available available in $90000 or 67500 + VAT per reel. We will deliver these chips in late september / early october.

4. Ordering
Orders will be accepted for both miner boards and chips on our web site : technobit.eu
The ordering will be open in 24 hours
Payments accepted through BitPay and Wire Transfer

OP thread updated

marto74,

I see a chip hashing very low from your image, chip 5, is this the same production problem of bfsb h-cards (bad soldering) or is this a problem with the chip itself?

will your cards have a guaranteed minimun speed?

as far on the very first board we soldered ASICs after the board was populated we had some issues.
Today we debugged chip 1 bad soldering , but as soon it was fixed the board ran Ok with only this chip @ low speed.
I'll leave it to go for a day and then We'll look 2 this. It may be also bad chip.
Next week I'll have 2 more sample boards that will be populated in full production environment with 4 chips each for testing.
I'll confirm minimum speed guarantee after some testing.

Am I right in thinking that I can buy chips and/or boards on your site via Paypal?

Cheers.

It's probably a problem with the chip itself. Unfortunately, there's some variation in performance of chips.

In some cases there's room for a little improvement by tweaking individual chip clock rates. I'll make a firmware update for that.

Happy with your c-scape product ? Consider a tip: 16X2FWVRz6UzPWsu4WjKBMJatR7UvyKzcy

Looks really good.
Is there a reason why the board + assembly is more expensive, compared to burnins device ?

This board is designed with durable expensive components in order to give stable OC .
The chips are working @ about 2.5 - 3 Ghs each
The chips are about 16 x about 23 EUR each
