Martin don't take it personal. You build great miners and try your best to give everyone good service but since you must be making plenty money you should just hire one or two people just for customer support and I think you willl have more time to work on what you do best; making great miners!!

From these 2 screen shots, you can see I let a second device run for a minute. It pegs out at 7gigs. That's about 20 gig/s shy
Somebody shipped the wrong ones. Only looked at the second payment and totally disregarded the first $820.

I am fine as long as I have what I paid for. Your 'lack of communication' really makes life difficult for the customer.
It's still zeroed out with the new miner.

Update: After a few minutes, it creaps up to 0.032gh/s

You are changing pools
so if an old proxy is running first the new one is not connected

I am completely shutting down the software in between any config change, I already discovered it likes to stick.
I shut down the software, launch it, change config, shut is down again, launch it. Then it is restarted in a manner to ensure the setting made it in from startup.
