Well nearmiss wanted a name with the word Hash in it and we kinda just listed a bunch and all of a sudden I was thinking of stuff that rhymed with Hash, and Cash came up and right then it hit me, CashCows, er Hashcows

Then nearmiss brought up a great point, we could use a .ws domain

so hashco.ws was created!
Niiiceee!, I always liked the name, and the image in the website is fantastic, not to mention your avatar Cheesy

hi, i requested my payout a couple of days ago, i received the verification email and clicked the link inside. since i read someone talking about hours for the payout to be completed, i would ask if someone else is waiting since days... it was indeed a very tiny amount, 1 mBTC or 2, i don't know if it was possible to cash out such a little amount but i tried anyway...

same I tried to cashout and nothing had been received yet.

aTriz,

Please, please stop mining LottoCoin. The coin is currently dying because of multipools. There are not enough buy orders to sustain the sell orders, and the price has crashed about -300% in the last three days. Soon it will be kicked out of Cryptsy and eventually left to its death. All because of your pool. The marketing team has stated multiple times they have great plans for the coin, but they need some time to develop, create, implement and make it flourish. It has incredible potential but you're killing it because of your fucking greed

Says it all...LOT has had less and less interest from human traders since Xmas. There's obviously little confidence in the coin

All because of your pool. ... you're killing it because of your fucking greed
Really ? I don't think so !

...I do hope it bounces back though. At nearing the lowest granularity of pricing, maybe we are in for another CENT episode on this one.

Buzz away, little fly.  You pick the absolute peak value the coin hit in it's "Pump and Dump" life and whine about it losing value from that artificial and way too high peak--try reality for a while.  All coins follow the same pattern after release, the test is in surviving after the initial pump and dump.  If the coin offers genuine value--something unique that people desire--it will survive.  If the coin is dying, it is because it cannot attract enough people to support it, not because of one pool's mining.

The problem with Lottocoin is that it offers nothing of value other than more of itself.  There's nothing of greater intrinsic value than any other of the dozens of junk coins that appear each day.  So, it has become a pump and dump coin.

It's a thin line we walk on, we understand what we do, and the potential to hurt the value of coins. We do not want to kill any coins but at the same time we do provide a service to our customers. I get that the coin is new and there isn't really a backing behind it yet but sadly the alt coin market is just too thin and spread out, if you haven't noticed the trend, 90% of people farm any new coins that come out and then dump them within a week or two of its launch. So even without multipool's people would still be dumping this coin. So, you want us to help you when you come into my thread blaming the pool of being greedy and blaming us for 100% of the cause. Maybe next time you send me a PM and state your case without your anger backed post and we could go from there.

Did I also mention that we give the miners the OPTION to keep any coin they wish by simply un-checking a box, which we encourage our miners to do.

Exactly... you can't pin the actions of a free market on one coin switching pool.  Hell, hashcows isn't even the biggest auto profit pool.  He should be on the middlecoin thread bitching at them too.  Lottocoin's (and much of the new alts) problems aren't related to coin switching pools.  Coin switching pools are just speeding up a process that would have already occurred.

btw, they are in the middlecoin thread as well.

it's surreal how someone from the currency side (e.g. lottocoin booster) can look at their currency flux and somehow blame miners, the producers of value, for their predicament.  no mention about the oversaturated market, the cannibalistic way coins consume each other's market caps through trading (making cryptsy et al. rich)... it's comes down to the miners.  No mention that they're trying to get-rich-quick and it isn't working out for them, but it's easy to blame the miners that have a better business acumen and are trying to get-rich-slowly by producing value.   this is similar to how 'Jew bankers' were and are treated as scapegoats.

Does anybody know why most alt exchange rates are going down the last week or so. While btc is on a steady rise.

Ive been adding more hashpower every few days, mostly upgrading gpus.
the more hashpower i add, the lower btc payouts get it seems. The total hashes displayed at the login screen does grow as aspected, so my workers do register at the site.

Am i the only one experiencing this or is the market just so depressing atm.
