I just switched to this pool today and my miners keep going back and forth from my backup pool. Is this normal?

Yes, it happens when pool switches to another coin.
If using CGMiner make sure the version is 3.3.1 or earlier (or it will be 5min before it switches back when pool is ready again).

That should be 3.5.0 or earlier.  The 5 minute failover switchback was introduced in 3.5.1 to combat DDOS pool recovery behavior and make makes multi coin pool users pull out their hair.

I'm having an issue with yesterday's payment.  It is listed in my user ledger as a payment but it never hit the blockchain.  Username is xreichardx.

Did you withdraw it?

After I had checked to make sure it wasnt in the blockchain, I tried to cash out the balance but that didnt work either.

What happened when you tried that? Unless it was over the auto payout threshold it doesn't auto send.

I tried the cash out three times and nothing happens.    I type in my pin, click "cash out" and the page reloads -- no errors -- and the balance remains.

I'd say go check with nearmiss and crew in the IRC channel, it usually displays a confirmation message, and then about 5 minutes later it gets deducted and sent

Your right but 3.3.1 seams to be the most stable for scrypt.

I have been mining for a lil while and mined 6 accepted shares according to guiminer , but when I check the website it says 0 kh/s and none accepted shares. Is that a problem everyone has or is it just me? My log in is Jarvis.

edit : 16 accepted shares on my guiminer now , there is still no life on my stats page at website.

3.2.1 has better Hashrates with Lantis' bin scrypt files for me with my 7950s.
Just correcting the failover statement though based on what you said. Wink

Sorry if this is easily obtainable information Tongue but I've checked the FAQ and the rest of the site and can't find the answer.

I know there is a fee for manual pay out, but is there a fee for auto payouts?

Hey, at least it's not a question about low payouts Wink

Cheers,
A

P.S. I know you're busy at the moment but looking forward to a possible API (been reading through a few of these pages) Smiley

Will probably have to wait for an official word, but stratum switch seems A LOT smoother right now. Didn't check religiously, but haven't seen my hash rate drop in a Lil while.

I agree, things running smoothly today.  Everything's pretty much looking as it should.

well I wouldn't exactly say as it should as I'm on my way to making double expected reward today, so running smooth + great luck = better than it should :p haha

What are the withdrawal fees (both automatic and manual)? It would be nice to have a table "coin-auto/manual-amount-fee" on the FAQ page.

Why would you think there's a different fee between auto and manual? That makes no sense.

It's most likely the same fee.

It's most likely the same fee.

Some other pools have different fees for manual and auto cash-out. Since there is _no_ info about these fees on the website, they might be different.
