Since the values of the altcoins are much lower than we are used to, are you guys cashing out to BTC or just hoarding until a more opportunistic time to dump?

I personally am hoarding but I wanted to see what others are doing.

Prices are low because of outbreak of hordes shitty coins, way more retarded than anything else before (light years behind stupid DOGE meme). Every C noob thinks that he can become rich by altering code and releasing it as superawesomeunbeatableamazingblazingcoin. All theese ppl should go fuck them self hardly, because they are bringing nothing but harm of alts. No one can seriously invest in scams like dimecoin, nicolascagecoin, coiney whatewer fuck coin etc.. Ppl with money will stick to BTC because of all this silly clowns..

I am selling everything except CGB, which is technically perfect, but by some strange reason neglected . Everything other doesn´t deserve attention and in the end will die (eg. does anyone forgot in what WDC devs were involved? UNOCS & PhenixEx scam? Fuck..)

I think there will always be a steady stream of new coins, but when the dust settles BTC and LTC will be the only ones left standing with good value.

Yes, there always will be new coins and I am looking forward for that ONE which will beat all of the others down by technicall way (not just by altering some vars, but adding new features). Instead of that I am getting LOADS of crap:( BTW. How long it will take before SantaCoin will occure? Or JesusToken?

Don´t deal with crappy shitcoins and stop wasting electricity

I don't believe that all of the newest coins are necessarily bad. For instance, Tagcoin seems to be developed by someone who has an interest in making it widely available utilizing QR codes and phones. The problem, it seems to me, is that most coins don't have a way to use them. As I mentioned above, Tagcoin seems to have good intentions but what the heck would I spend the coins on?!

NXTCoin is interesting to me as well as it's purely PoS but there's nothing driving the trading therefore, no one will profit. Everyone is just sitting on the coins, waiting for their account to collect value but since there is no demand, the coins deflate in value and everyone will be hurting.

Really, LTC is a BTC clone but it utilizes scrypt instead of sha256. I believe that it will continue to go up in value for a while but I don't think it will hold on forever considering the number of scrypt coins out there that have much better features.

There may be a couple of others that offer something of real value.  Stablecoin or Anoncoin offer a higher degree of anonymity,  Namecoin messaging, etc., but there's no doubt that every idiot with a "-coin" name is out there changing a few lines of code and then dumping another junk coin without knowing how to run the coin.

A coin has to offer something beyond being not-bitcoin or not-litecoin.  Whatever, pump and dump, pump and dump.

Freedom, you've got to love it!

site functionality (as it will be for initial launch) was finished up earlier today, and testing completed.  At this point we are just waiting for final user data import to finish up. Its going a fair bit slower than estimated.  Will be left running over night and hopefully we all wake up to some positive news Smiley

For the record, Noodly Appendage Coin was pretty brilliant.

I think the guys have a bit more to worry about than you not being able to register. Chill out, give the guys a break, they're working hard.
