I bought bitcoin and eth for my long term investment. That is the best choice. Because these two coins are the cornerstone of the whole market. These two coins go up, the market will go up. So I believe in Bitcoin and Ethereum

Bitcoin ofcourse no one can exceed bitcoin its is good time to buy now while the price was down, always expect price increase in bitcoin.

Any ideas what to buy now and keep for longer?
I always believe that Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ripple and Litecoin are good investments. Owning these cryptocurrencies are what i strive for in order to successfully bring about my long time aspirations. |

There are so many altcoins that one can buy and hold for a period of time pending when its value appreciate before you sell or sell off your position. There in no any idea on how long you should hold so you are in profit then the only is to sell. But remember to buy when its value are very low just like the last one we saw. |

Long term for me would be the coins that earn passive income as Neo or Vechain (MAINNET), as well as investing in masternodes. I am investing in this coins for a long shot until they achieve my goals at that moment I will reinvest in new projects I guess.

Currently Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and XMR are the really good choices to buy and hold for the long-term safe profits. Waves, SYSCOIN, and STRAT are Coins with great potential to hold for long-term. |

In the current market, this is complicated to cite some investments in the long term, the volatility of the market has consequently increased investments in large currencies (Ethereum, Litecoin, NEO, EOS, Dash) are increasing and investing in this medium is a great way, or we can invest in the top 200 in the long run and we will have at least considerable profits.
I totally agree with you, you need to buy only serious coins with a huge capitalization which related to many different large projects, such as ripple and projects with the serious development teams so then you can be sure about your investments in the long-term period. Choosing coin with huge capitalization is not the best choice since to improve the price we need more huger users to make the market cap increase. But in the other side, huge capitalization coin is way more safer rather than other which has small cap. |

I think most of coins in the market are now forced long terms because 1. markets crashed and everyone is waiting for it to save its ass. 2. Final product releases rarely happens cause funds filled with ethereum are also crashed.
With a little of your budget, you can take the risk and do some research on the internet to find the most promising coin with a low marketcap. And if you do not want to take the risk and want to get a better profit than you get in the bank, I would advise you to invest in a popular coin |

Right now, my main long term hold coin would have to be ethereum. I believe it will continue to rise in value, and I also believe it is not going anywhere anytime soon. It's a coin I just let sit, and don't bother looking too often at the day to day fluctuations in price.

These are eos, ethereum, ethereum classic, neo , dash, ada, iota, strat . Eos, Ada, Neo and IOTA - I think these ones have the biggest chance to grow very high this year. But all depend on Bitcoin.
