But it proves nothing, they could as well ruin BTC price much earlier same and not gain any profit rendering BTC useless with this approach, making money not BTC, any BTC enthusiast will agree. They claim they have no money to issue refunds, because they spent all the funds on parts for the purchased miners, and those exploding power supplies don't come cheap.

Yet if you request a refund, they offer to send you minion (ASIC) chips instead. Makes you wonder what they're going to do with all those parts they bought if everyone elects to get minion chips. Knowing BA, the chips will probably explode, too.

Maybe a small percentage got their money or a refund. I thought I had some better protection by ordering from Minersource a reseller of Blackarrows hardware. Unfortunately they stopped responding to emails, they make a lot of promises, but I'm still waiting for my money from my CANCELED order.

Everyone has a right to have their money refund or receive their hardware AND a compensation for broken delivery dates and promises. This is written in the consumer protection laws of many countries. It's also the right thing to do.

Customers are treated like garbage. 

Every day they refuse to refund or send hardware + compensation is a day closer to their bankruptcy and jail time.

Best i got was 19 W per 40 GH, and it worked without fan. Just don't forget that you can ruin PSU without any cooling applied.

The facts of the matter are this:

BA has barely shipped anything in nearly a year now.

My Bitmain order I placed Tuesday shipped this morning and I'll have them by Monday.

Even if BA figures out how to build a reliable miner they won't be able to produce it in quantity nor will they ship them out in a timely fashion. They have proven that in spades.
