Arrived this morning, currently hashing @ 1.05T-1.15T at 1Ghz clock. Have not tried 1100 or 1200 yet.

Wattage? Did you get more than 1 sample X3?

Looks like ~850-890 at the wall. Got a single 1 module X3 for testing eval and writing our guide, several X3s went out direct to customers on Saturday as well. I didnt want to take any units away from paying customers till my orders are hit in the Q.

Sir when you say SEVERAL went out do you mean more then two like when they shipped out two x-1's and tried to say they were mass shipping and they were employee reseller units also ?

BS they are shipping X-3's and just didn't post notice anywhere! That's another lie these scumbags are spouting.  Do we really believe that anytime they had remotely good news they got on their main account just to say it, even though they have the lowlife David for that, and probably the biggest news, shipment of their flagship device starts, and they just don't update anywhere.  I am yet again calling BS.

Also, unless your sueing for some other reason, they probably won't need to be able to produce that evidence as it is in your right to request a refund at any point.  Good luck to you sir, hit em hard.

More likely that if they do start shipping they won't let people know or provide tracking #'s so they can't contact the shipper to stop the shipment.

IMO, every move has been tactical.  if X-3's are going out and they haven't let people know it's because they don't want people to know.  More likely, it's a misdirection statement, with just a hint of truth.

Our order numbers have nothing to do with actual shipping order. Due to the numerous ecom platform changes and issues, we are shipping off a master paid-by date list, that has order numbers all over the place. For example, we have orders in the 12xx range that will ship before 9xx, etc etc.

So there's no way BA can get all x1s & x3s out in 9 days! I'd say September.

EDIT: So 2 shipments in two weeks to be 1/3 of the way done to clear just the x1s. At this rate, it will take about 4 more shipments to finish the x1s. Now, the x3s will take longer to construct, because there are more parts involved.  And that's just for MS orders. Hopefully they got another production factory lined up.

Kindly understand that we need to prioritize according to customer's orders and services; Hence the compensation is also included but this will be on the later part. Rest assured that all has been taken noted off and once all considerations have been made; It will be discussed and it will be announced soon.

You will be directly notified with the shipping details once your order is already scheduled for dispatch. To understand the dispatch process - this is done when booking is made with your chosen courier, we can not give you any details as to the ETA unless the courier had already booked your order. Also please understand that our shipment queuing is entirely different from their process. The only time we can send you the exact details of your shipment is only when the courier had also shared the same information with us.
