Personally I think most ICOs now are get rich quick schemes for the creators. When people get a lot of money without a working product they lose motivation. If you look at some projects raised 500M+$ without a working product and who knows if the SEC will deem them securities and destroy them in the coming Fall with regulations..

 Yes There are quite a number of ICOs in the crypto market currently, some still brand new , some in development stages while others are in the process of attracting value, while there are also scas, this calls for you to be thorough enough to authenticate which project to invest in and be cautious enough not to get scammed in the process

with all these ICOs going on in parallel it seems impossible to stick out for a good one.

Reddit and this forum get flooded with announcements of new ICOs making it almost impossible to spot good ones.
Facebook blocked ICO advertising.
Google Adwords blocks use of word ICO in ads in certain countries already.
Twitter is drowning in ICO announcements.
Listing pages are popping up everywhere, too.

What are the ways you guys use to learn about new ICOs and how do you find out the good ones ?

Icos will continue to increase,  so far people have not stopped dreaming,  i am dreaming of one too. Depending on the team and the originality of the innovation,  there is still much space for successful icos

If you take the time to do some research first, I'm sure you found it. So do not be discouraged, I'm sure you can find it. Because there are still a lot of ICOs are good, promising and useful. Hope you succeed.

Cryptocurrency growing very fast and some company start to involve in this industry. Many ICOs appears because they want to take advantages on growing market but we should carefull before joining on ICOs.
Many scammer take advantages on cryptocurrency growing and they make scam ICOs. Google, Facebook and Twitter already ban ICOs ads because to prevent peoples get scammed.

I use a few rating sites to track good ICOs but I don't trust them - I fing a project that have good rating and then I start research by myself to know the project closer as much as I can

You can try visiting the ico and ico rate list sites. That will help you a lot more data for each ico. But I suggest you try joining those who have got mass participants.

There are so many projects hitting the crypto space every other day, so many of these projects have no real use cases, some of them are pure scams as they devs have no plans to further the cause of the project after collecting money from investors through ICO's. This is why one has to be very circumspect in choosing any project to invest in.
