As I have observe as of today, NEO shows more and more popularity on the Crypto World. Recently many ICOs are already using NEO coin as their blockchain in their ICO project which is really good. But the fact that NEO will surpass bitcoin in this year 2019, maybe it takes more time and more demand. NEO is a solid project though,  but it can never surpass bitcoin, not to talk of ethereum,  you need to realize that all altcoins price are based on BTC, the adoption of BTC alone can't be compared to NEO so it's not possible for it to outhrone btc

Even if most of chinese are using this coin ( because it is from china) Im still doubt it will surpass bitcoin marketcap. It still early to say that NEO will beat all cryptocurrency coin, maybe NEO target should pass the ethereum or maybe cardano first before say that it will be beat bitcoin.
