NEO Could Surpass Bitcoin By The Year 2019

Neo is a really a good coin to hold but I doubt that it will ever pass bitcoin. A father is always a father.

I'm not sure about that, NEO is one of the coins that have a good potential to be able to reach a high price. But for such a fast time I'm not sure NEO can do it. It is not easy for any coin to go beyond bitcoin, because bitcoin is created very strongly and reliably. NEO also has many obstacles to go through if it wants to go beyond bitcoin, and of course, it's not easy to get through. Every coin will definitely keep fighting for his life and improve his quality.

This is definitely impossible!  I do not support this thinking that Neo will just catch up with all the resources invested into Bitcoin network  and development that has taken place with Bitcoin for more than eight years in just one year and surpass it. It can not even catch up with ethereum.

Very impossible certainly in the year 2019 NEO can surpass Bitcoin,
because for now it can be seen the distance between the price of Bitcoin with NEO far enough,

Impossible, this is an interesting language. In 2025, no coins can exceed Bitcoin. You may not believe me. Although I think NEO, ADA is very investment value, but they will not exceed Bitcoin.

I think that NEO has a very big potential. It has a great technology based as Ethereum on smart contracts. But its technolody is even more advanced. Not sure why one project should surpass another. The total industry still needs to grow enormously and become massive in order to get 100% adoption. There will be enough room for all real blockchain projects to co-exist. I am a fan of NEO, and hope they will succeed  in the long term. I however don't see NEO as a replacement for any other project, especially not bitcoin. I hope that BTC dominance drops since this would probably mean other valid projects can finally grow too (and their use cases too).

In this early stage, we cant simply compare bitcoin and neo to its price and its rank. Bitcoin is way more older compared to neo. And also neo is still in development stage to its platform, though its operational already but still not fully functional. We can see the use of neo and its a promising coin. Surely this coin neo will have a future someday, but in 2019 I believe bitcoin still owns the #1 rank position.

This article was posted almost 6 months back, and since then the value of NEO has nose-dived. For sure, it is a very promising coin. But so are some of the other coins such as EOS and ADA. My question is, what makes NEO superior to those coins?

As China becoming the major economy in the world and NEO is developed in china I believe there are chances of new surpassing Bitcoin but not in the coming few years at least. As you can see in the market cap Bitcoin holds majority of the cryptocurrency market and it still doing it.

For me, NEO is very promising platform which is massively growing as we speak,a lot of developers are starting to use NEO platform over ETH because it has more advannce technology and its tokens are more future proof than ERC20 tokens that is why in the future NEO could be more ahead with ETH in the future.

Not at all. Despite the fact that NEO has enough strengths, but it is ridiculous that it is superior to BTC in 2019, NEO is also a good coin in technology wise, a good mature community, a good development team, but I think that in the next 3 -4 years it can be comparable with ETH. I do not deny that Neo has the potential as the best altcoin, but if Neo wants to go beyond bitcoin I think it's impossible.
