Of all the alternate coins that exist, i see ETH to have the potential to reach BTC's success too if it can't surpass because it is the crypto with second highest market cap in the cryptoworld. While it is the most popular blockchain being used by emerging ICOs today, no wonder this crypto will earn a huge market cap like bitcoin in the future.

The analysis is interesting no doubt about it but I don't foresee that happening in 2019, we could imagine such possibility in future but not so quickly. Remember that Bitcoins is still the dominant crypto with a large share of the market. The closest one now is Ethereum, but then look at the difference between the two? Bitcoin determines the movement of the market and that cannot be contested.

NEO is no doubt a good coin with great technology behind it, but let's be realistic. If Chinese government will allow to use cryptocurrencies on a large scale (which I think might happen in a year or two) NEO can probably climb up closer to Ethereum but it will hardly surpass ETH, let alone Bitcoin.
