Using the explorer of the Petro Wallet I could find that the ICO mosaic shows this information:

This token can not be moved. You will receive Petro at the end of ICO. Petro will be a sovereign crypto asset backed by oil assets and issued by Venezuela.

It confirms that Petro will be delivered at the end of the ICO.

Also: Euros option and Euros bank account has been removed. Maybe temporarily to update the bank account details? At the moment, the only fiat currency available is Rubles. Cryptos are all available though.

the venezuelan government is not an exchange like Coinbase where you can buy cryptocurrencies with your visa/master credit card in less than 10 seconds.
the process behind the web site elpetro.gob.ve is not 100% automated.

by the way, i'm 99% sure the process is manual.

Among all this, I have not seen Petro in any known exchange, is it a Token? Ico? I see that they say a lot of information that is not coherent. When will a Venezuelan have access to Petro with Bs? that's not paying with a black dollar ... Do you still want to adopt NEM technology? In these moments what suits them is to have privacy so that they do not follow them, it is the smartest thing where they can begin. Actually, they aren't following their own script anyway. According to the white paper during presale buyers should have received presale tokens, to exchange them during the initial offering into petros. Nothing of this was/is happening.

Thanks for the info Happyminer ,Zeus is based in Singapore, they don't want no problems with the United States,it will be different for exchanges based in Russia but it shows that it won't be easy to get Petros outside of ICO which could make it skyrocket or crash...we will find out soon enough...Cheers
