To answer the question long or short term, you shoul ask yourself What the coins you possess now and you want to sell. If coins have great potential to grow and you dont hope just for pump. But is it still down when martket go up, sell it imediately

Longterm is the good approach to create wealth. You can choose between short-term and long term based on your financial goals. You can always pick up good projects at low prices sell them on highs and buy back on the lows again depending on your strategy.

I prefer Long term.

exteremly bullish of course. simple comparison of overall marketcaps; crypto vs global money supply vs bonds vs derivatives vs real estate vs ART

indicates that the real fomo has not yet begun.
While the price of bitcoin increased in the last year precisely because of the fear of missing out because people thought that finally bitcoin will reach insane prices, I agree with you when you say that it has not begun just yet, the average person still has not invested his money in bitcoin and I really think that they are not going to do it until it's very late and the price of bitcoin is above 100k dollars.

I think it depends on the value of your coins. You need to make decisions in investing. You need to research about it. Every once in while there is an update. It will make you decide if to hold on or not anymore. Me, I much more of a long term. I watch the growth of the coins I have or the future of it.

i believe if the roadmap includes value-raise implementations, you should wait. sometims it is bear and market doesn't even care so it would be wiser to hold for the next bull run if your road-map did not reply its price gains IMO.
but if you sell some bitcoins for cash during the bull runs you will be a strong holder.

I'm a long term, I like, when the I can hold bitcoin or other coin for a year and after this term I see the price 5-10x higher. This is wonderful feeling.

When deciding to invest in cryptos, you need to set the goal to take profits if the crypto reaches the expected exchange rate. This is very important, will help you avoid FOMO psychology. Even after the sale of the exchange rate has continued to rise, you should not regret that you have decided on the target. You should invest in long-term and have your own goals for cryptos rates.

I will buy a cheap new altcoin and hold it for a while, I give the target to resell it. if it is possible to sell, then I will sell it and exchange it into old altcoin like ETH and LTC or even into BTC. I think if you want to hold it for the long term, it would be better to keep it inside the BTC, ETH or LTC.

Short-term or long-term trade has advantages and disadvantages. At a time when the price is unstable short-term trade will be better than in the long run, because it does not have to wait long to get a profit. We must always be update in short-term trading, because we must always know the latest price. While long-term trading is very big advantage, we do not need to update every day. We are only up to date as we approach the time we set. I prefer short-term trading, because the profits are faster and more challenging.

Well, I'm looking at the development of the project, is there any movement there. If the team is working, then it's probably best to leave the code in long and give the project time to realize! Otherwise, merge at a more affordable price for you!

Part of the coins that are in my portfolio are for a long time. Another part of the coins I constantly trade in a short time

I trade in a long time, in the cryptocurrency market you will never know the growth or decline of the market and you can lose all your money.

I am trading once in a while because I have coins in exchanges. Sometimes I buy and just wait the coin to go up in value before I sell, of course I know it is in dip. Now, which is better, set it to your expected price so that when it hit you sold? O wait for the price to go up and sell even if it did not reach yet to your  target price? Thanks.
I am long term because i don't like to risk, i have stress during trading and the situation on the market is suitable for long term holding coins and tokens.

Nothing new compared to fiats or forex etc.. but as cryptos evolve like crazy, there were no tendencies to catch in the past, I suppose playing short-term takes plenty of time to keep your finger on the pulse or either you gotta be lucky as hell, so my pick is long-term
