if I am personally better short term bro. but all that is needed in the short term must also exist, as the price must go up, we also have a coin that becomes a gift. so we just sell it, if long-term fear, all of that sometimes disappears by itself.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I want to choose the long-term method to hold my coins. Because I think long term will give me more opportunities to sell pennies at better prices now the school is down and if I sell now their prices are very low I believe that the price will rise sharply this year. rings hold for long time

Most of my altcoins come from bounty missions, and I won’t sell them immediately after I get these rewards, because I think choosing long-term coins can get better returns!

I prefer to trade long term trading to avoid stress. The market price in crypto are very volatile and such things really happens to have sudden price drop. I will just wait for the bullish market and buy when the market price is cheaper.

I am more interested in the long term.
I think making long-term investments will provide greater benefits.
If you make a short-term investment it will be riskier because the price of coins in the market usually experience unstable prices so that it would be better if you make a long-term investment.

Sometimes it is very difficult to resist and not sell a coin at a price that has already become several times higher than the price at which you got in. But we must remember that the price of good coins is always growing in a long term.

in the bear market trade is almost always unprofitable. While investments can bring to arrive in the long term. It isn't favorable to trade in the bear market, and on bull it is favorable, but nobody knows when it comes

Until today, forecasts have already sounded quite a lot, but none has practically materialized. Since early 2018, predict the stability of the market already this summer, but all these forecasts do not make sense.

Personally, I like to do long term investment because I believe even if the market falls and my coin is there, I am sure when the market recover from the bear and the bull run starts, my coin will also grow and when I sell, I can make meaningful profit form it.

I am more long term oriented but there are many coins where you can feel there is a short term opportunity to make a profit and there is no point investing long term if you have a the feeling it will just pump and dump. So yes, I'd say my mindset is long term but if you really want to make profits, you need to see short terms and seize short term opportunties as well. It's a tough neighboorhood but there are plenty of opportunities in crypto.

I hold the coin for a long time, but the current market is down so I am also confused between selling and buying, I fear the market will collapse and never again like the time of 2017

I believe that it is better to be a long-term investor than a short-term one. For a small period of time it is impossible to make a big profit.

for now the long term is better than the short term, because market conditions are currently unstable. so when choosing a short term will only make the profit that we get a little and not maximal.

I am definitely long term. It is a no brainer to be long term in a rising industry. The thing is just to make the right picks... The long term prospects of high quality projects are very green, so it is only a matter of time, when the market will pick up again. Remember that the total value of all cryptocurrencies and tokens is today only 2-3% of the total value of all fiat currencies, so the trend can only be up!

I would use this summer lull and directionless market to do my study and research in peace for the future winners, to spot them and buy into them now, when everything is very cheap! One can make a lot of good bargains today…

Seek for the hidden gems with a lot of study, analysis and thorough assessment of projects. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

I have been recently following Stellar that is generally on the rise and the tokens issued on the Stellar platform - now there is a bump like in any cryptocurrency over the past few days, but generally Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing and other advances. This will also boost tokens issued on the Stellar platform...

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

The pre-ICO price is 50% cheaper than the ICO price, a sure winner IMO, and I will certainly get some. They also have an ANN thread, I think here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4431900.0. I dug really deep in their content, and it is really cool stuff Grin But don’t forget your own research!

I do have long-term bag (BTC, ETH, XMR). I have some mid-term alts positions and a trading capital also (I use it for arbitrage trading nowadays, 5%+ per day using crypscan service)

I think it is better to be a short term investor because the market prices are constantly fluctuating.

I am mostly long-term now. I used to do a lot of trading, but that was before I found out that crypto-to-crypto trades are taxable events where I live (UK). So now I only make longer-term trades, where I am confident that the profit will exceed the tax liability.
And yes I think it is important to pay taxes.

I think it is better to be a short term investor because the market prices are constantly fluctuating.
However, I think that depends on the decisions of the investors respectively,
because in my opinion between short-term and long-term investments is just as good so it's better to choose both

Most people choose both, because long-term or short-term investments bring profits after a certain period of time. Depending on the market, there will be short-term or long-term cases. Example as:  the market goes down like now, long-term investment is a good choice
