Currently the market price of bitcoin has dropped very drastically, maybe at this time I will not sell it because the price is not so good. Maybe this is the right time to hold the bitcoin first, we wait for the right moment to sell it. So that what we want will be achieved, the high price.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Long term hodler, patience is the key. Hodlers should not spend too much time checking charts and prices, it generates too much pressure and temptation to sell or trade which is not recommended these days.
For now, tracking and learning about good projects is advisable to get ready for the next bull run (it may take a while for that).

The first thing to do when you trade is to determine the target price for each of your investment cryptos. If you set the target price you will not fall into the FOMO psychology, will sell as soon as the crypto reaches the target price. If crypto drops rapidly, you need to calm down and hold the crypto until the market recovers, avoiding the panic sell.

Only hold for long term those coins that have potential to rise the price and sell those coins that are considered as shitcoin or deadcoin.

I am trading once in a while because I have coins in exchanges. Sometimes I buy and just wait the coin to go up in value before I sell, of course I know it is in dip. Now, which is better, set it to your expected price so that when it hit you sold? O wait for the price to go up and sell even if it did not reach yet to your  target price? Thanks.
I prefer to do Trading in a short time, because I think it will be much faster to bring profits and also make us can get a much faster income. Compared to waiting too long without any certainty to be able to get big profits. But still we should be able to put the situation, because some coins can be used to be used as a long-term investment, one of which is Etherum. As for most altcoin then I invest more often in a short time, I will take action when there is a chance to get a profit margin between the buy and sell price.

Hi members of the forum, I believe that pulling coins in the long run is very good, because it is not worth playing with your assets for short distances

Now what I'm going to do is most likely long-term. I do not know exactly when the coin price will go up, but if I really do not need the money, I will keep waiting until the price goes up to sell the coins.

Now, because of the strong market downturn, most traders have become long-term investors. I believe that in this market it is necessary to invest in promising projects for several years to come.
That will be the right decision to take but I think that the opposite is happening, many people that invested in cryptocurrencies in order to make money in the short term saw the huge losses that they were taking and decided to sell their coins and materialize their losses, only those that are smart which realized that selling will be a bad idea are still holding.

The only reason I can do short term is if I'm in dire need of fund or I just feel I've gotten enough profit but other than that I'm for long term because coins can yield more than one expects

In my opinion, every time I start trading any cryptos, the first thing I do is to set the target price for each crypto. If you do not set the target price, you will be affected by FOMO psychology decision to sell crypto at that time. We should set a target price for ourselves to sell the crypto at the rate we want, and immediately after reaching the goal of exchange rates, we will sell it quickly to reinvest.

If the coin you have is in a down position, then of course holding with long term will be more profitable for you. You do not have to wait for the highest target. If your coins are on the rise then you should immediately sell them, because that is an opportunity for you to make a profit.

that depends on the coin you are about to hold, there are alts that takes so much time to recover that re-investing it on other alts might be a better option, well if you want to speculate it more and hold hoping for bitcoin to pump up since it affects the price of the alts even though the per sats doesn't go up.

Regardless of your options you will still have to watch the chart and understand the potential of your investment. Its is always wise to set a stop lost which ever way you do it. Set a comfortable way to get out when your on top. Once you get out start again do not tey to cath up where you left of you know how volatile the market is.
