I was seeing two ubiatar site with a different domain. Is both related to the same company? And I have another question about what makes you different with another project that aims to build a similar service like your project? It seems interesting to know more about this project. So many projects are working on P2P market but it looks the majority of them don't give a good result in their development progress.

Ubiatarplay is a Swiss company that uses the technology of Ubiatar to make a new market place and will do the Ico.

Of course you may not like the KYC, and you are free not to do it. But calling it a scam is ridiculous, I would say it's totally the opposite...

I have given my personal details to a lot of fantom airdrops and got anything. This is a serious project and Eidoo/Ubiatar are rewarding users that want to partecipate to this and other ico... that's why the ask to register and do KYC to icoengine!

 I completely agree with your position, KYC is not scam, we are free to do it or not is up to us . Major exchange you have to do it if you like to trade and withdrawal anyway.

At first, I also didn't like the KYC request, but reading the general state trend to "regulate" ico world, I think this is a due step, in order to avoid/limit ico scam. Of course we loose our "crypto privacy" but at the end it's our decision: we can stay out of the ico world, if we don't like the KYC.
