I installed the new UbiatarPlay app and logged in with the old credentials. There are only 23 users: it is not a little bit right now?
Actually I don't understand why you are surprised. Before the ICO the Ubiatar team was nice, kind, helpful etc etc, after they got the money they completely changed their attitude, not answering to all the inquiries (or giving useless answers), banning people from Telegram without any reason, lying about the bounties (12k people? For THIS project? Who do they think they are, Satoshi?), not giving a single info regarding the exchange and especially they keep considering people like shit, they are extremely arrogant. This project is already dead, nobody would ever trust this people. 2 dollars per coin? Yeah, Zimbabwe dollars...

I'm too lazy to look for the answer by tracking down the entire pages, especially since I didn't know when did the issue started to rised so I can't skim through to the exact date, so can you please help me explaining the reason why they reduce their rate on the first place?

I mean, was it because they allocate for future bounty? They didn't reach the hardcap? Or . . . . ?
The issue started weeks ago when people started to receive some Ubiatar tokens in their wallet, and those tokens weren't for the airdrop, they were for the bounties. The problem is that everybody received exactly the 5% of the reward. The FIVE%. There are people who did the signature bounty for 3 months and got like 50, 80 or 100 tokens when with the simple airdrop they gave away 130 tokens per user. So 3 months of signature to get 100-200 dollars when they promised thousands.

Also, the old spreadsheet is still online but they say that the bounty manager has made a lot of mistakes (nobody knows what mistakes btw) so they are fixing the spreadsheets, but they won't make them public because, they say, there are privacy laws that forbid to show these spreadsheets with the ETH address. So, again, nobody has a clue of what they are doing. They are dealing with the people by email, not in public, in this way, again, nobody knows what's going to happen or how many tokens they are going to distribute.
This is the first time ever that I read the spreadsheets can't be public because the privacy laws don't allow to share the public address of the ETH wallets. So then, why is it called "public address"?  Roll Eyes

Oh, last thing, they say they have something like 12.000 people who took part to the bounty program, I checked the spreadsheets, the real number it's not even 2.000...

So they just keep lying and considering people like idiots.

That's an interesting story, but have they even explained why the bounty reduced? I mean, does the other 95% is allocated for that 130 token airdrop? Future bounty? Future marketing? Etc?

Absolutely not. We only know that they were supposed to give away 1 mln UAC token (total value $2mln) but they didn't. After the complaining they pretty much said it's bounty manager's fault and they are fixing things. That's all. They never explained why the bounty has been reduced, they never explained what was that 5% people got since they keep saying that "bounty distribution is going on" and when you ask more info by email, as they tell you to do because they clearly have something to hide if they don't want to make things public, you get answers such as "we are evaluating everybody's position" and updates like this one: We inform you that we are still working at the bounty program campaigns and we are about half of the work done. When the verifications are over we will update you, as soon as we can and with specific information about it.

The 130 UAC were for an airdrop, that has nothing to do with the bounty, those are two separate things.

And I don't think there will be any future bounty, this one was supposed to last 6 weeks and then became 12. And regarding the marketing, if they want to do some marketing for sure they shouldn't do it using bounty hunters' rewards, don't you think?

The lack of interested in this project, is proportional to the care the team is giving to investors and bounty hunters. I hope they will rebuild the relationships in the next weeks before they list the token, or it will be a massive dump.

I think that the majority of the people already lost faith in this project and in their arrogant team. Just take a look at the Telegram chat, it's dead, there are only those useless bots with their useless automated posts. Not a single person is using the app, no one suggests anything, people just don't care. Before the ICO, when they needed the money, they were kind and were answering everything, now you ask something and they threat to ban you. Worst team ever, I don't really know what they think to achieve in this way.

The team apparently does not know what to do and is wasting time. Participants become more aggressive and lose credibility in the project. Is their goal from the very beginning was fraud?

This project is already dead. Take a look in their Telegram chat, they have 13k subscribers and nobody writes or asks anything, nobody cares anymore about this shit, the only messages come from the bots, and the chat keeps losing subscribers day after day. They're dead guys, I don't know if this is they're strategy to run away with the money or what else, because it's the first time that I see a team that deliberately kills its own project, they're doing it on purpose, they can't be this stupid otherwise.

Tried to do a favor by convincing them that their decision is extremely bad and they dig their own grave. It seems they're confident that everything will gets better and people will move on from this issue once they make a breakthrough. I don't think they understand the magnitude of their action. Nevertheless, I think I'll just rest this case and grab popcorn

So, I decided to take a look at Ubiatar’s Telegram chat after I read that a user was chatting with their CEO, Francesco Raco, and he told him that now the bounty hunters’ request aren’t 12k, now they have increased to 20k!!

A quick recap:
- Before the bounty hunters are 12k
- Now they are 20k
- In the Telegram chat there are less than 13k subscribers
- In the old bounty spreadsheet there were less than 2k people.

So it’s easy to see that Ubiatar and their CEO are lying to everybody, probably they think to be very smart and have a very low consideration of other people’s intelligence…

After I took a look at their Telegram subscribers I found this:

Those of course are just a part of the screenshots, there literally are hundreds or even thousands of deleted accounts and other accounts with Southeast Asia names without profile picture. So what does it mean? It means that all those accounts are fake and have been bought in packages just to increase the number of the subscribers in the chat, so they are trying to show a lot of people interested in their project when clearly many of them are fake.

This project just gets worse day by day, SCAMMERS!!

If they distribute as promised in September payment to the participants, then their token will not be interesting to anyone already. The leaders of UBIATAR themselves ruined their project.

I absolutely agree with you, they've lost all the credibility they had left. Now everybody knows they don't care about the bounty hunters, they don't care about the investors, they don't care about all the people who helped them. They're shady and selfish. Excellent business model Ubiatar, pretty much they've done all what is supposed to be avoided at all costs.

It's the first time I see this kind of suicide business model.

On their defense, they want to evaluate and calculate which bounty hunters contribute more and which didn't, right? Although I'm not really sure with what standard and measurements they declare something is a hard work and something isn't. But suppose their intentions is true and they eventually possess the final results, does this means they will release the final and full payment to those hunters?

Also, got a bit curios, who was their bounty manager?

I don't really understand what they should evaluate besides the translations, all the other bounties are FB, TW and posts on the forum, the rules were quite simple... This is only an excuse to get more time for... I don't know, probably to screw even more the project.
And we're still still try to understand how it's possible that from less than 2,000 bounty hunters now, suddenly, there are 20,000  Roll Eyes

Especially because if they don't make the spreadsheet public and simply say that the reward must be shared among 20k people (instead of less than 2k) then we get 10% of what we were supposed to get, and they already gave us the 5%, so just another 5% and for them they're ok, they paid the bounty. We must only forget about that little detail, I'm referring about those fake 18k bounty hunters the made up only to give us less tokens.

At the beginning it was robinsbrown, then looks like they put in charge their own people using this account: UBIATAR.Team, account that didn't login since June 17, so they completely stopped any kind of communication on the forum.

My friend sent a letter to the supervisory authorities (FINMA - Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority). Today he received an answer. I hope these scammers will have problems. Also letters were sent to other services.

Well, the last activity of the dev team themselves, IMO, speaks a lot. How could they check bounty qualities like they claim if their last activity was months ago? Either they have another account to check here, checking through guess mode (although I failed to see why, as they already has an account that could accommodate them better), or they're not checking at all.

You need to ask them if they have a license or not, although this can be found on the site. But in any case, much is not understood here

Two days ago there was information that about 80 projects of suspects in illegal actions are under consideration in FINMA, 28 of them were added in August.
