I just got 66,6 tokens instead of the 870 that were due for my job, I asked explanations by email and this is their answer: Thank you for contacting us. Bounty payments are over and they have been made accordingly to the requests received via email. After a careful evaluation of each job presented by the participants, the remuneration was paid at market prices. Two days ago there was information that about 80 projects of suspects in illegal actions are under consideration in FINMA, 28 of them were added in August.

They really think we are idiots: I've been suspecting for days that all the new people in the chat, all of them extremely enthusiastic for this shit, were the same Ubiatar's people, now we have the proofs: I took this screenshots, in the first one you can see that this Tony guy is asking the difference between the apps, how to do this, how to do that, I mean, looks like he knows zero about Ubiatar...  And then, he probably forgets to log out or change the account and welcomes a new user asking if he's trying THEIR app:  So these losers are chatting among themselves in their own chat because they know that nobody gives a shit about their app! So they fake the conversations! |

Sorry, I can not give the link, because I read more than 20 telegram channels. In one of them there was a message about FINMA, just statistics, projects were not mentioned. I also hope that DenysM's letter attracted FINMA's attention. |

A decision to (for the lack of better term) "cheat" bounty campaign, whatever the excuse is, will never give a good outcome. Some projects think that if they change the rules at the end of the campaign, or change the agreed rate, they can get away without consequences as they got the money and the hunters can only choose to comply or lose their payment. This case can be a good example that such action will never get them to their desired place |

Afaik, they don't have an exchange yet? In that case, you can always try OTC by offering your ask price and the amount on marketplace or here on this very thread, but judging from their recent issue, I don't think anyone would want to buy any of the token. |

They do not have a FINMA license. When they talked about it they lied. Today I received again a letter from FINMA (This is the answer to my second letter). Quote
Thank you for your e-mail and this valuable information. UbiatarPlay SA has no license by FINMA. FINMA always follows up on information it receives from private persons. If, during the investigations, it emerges that supervisory law has been breached, FINMA will take the necessary measures.
I hope there will be an investigation into these scammers.

You honestly think he'll say yes or admit such action in whatever manner imaginable? I am pretty much sure Ale88's pictures prove a lot, and if people still doubt, they can check their telegram and see some of the evidences themselves. I myself found some where the admin actually answered someone's question before he asked. Either the admin is a powerful clairvoyant or telegram just encountered a serious case of lagging |
