You can buy from 2 exchanges currently. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=303749.msg3251171#msg3251171Plenty of large cheap lots right now. Scoop them up send them in 1k chunks into into separate staking wallet about once per hour. And boom you will get nice stake just about every day

And boom you will get nice stake just about every day can you clarify please, what is the purpose of having separate staking wallet? what is the best way to do this, i am mining and holding for the sake of the stake and i would like to know the best way to do it Thanks When you mine, you are getting blocks of 5 coins. After each block ages 10 days it will try to stake. What you will notice is that after many days(say 15+) of constant mining you will have thousands of coins all competing for stake. This will cause the CPU load to increase, which will in cause turn the gui to become very sluggish, the stake will also take longer in the CPU miner thread, which will lead to higher orphan rate. By creating a secondary wallet you can alleviate many of these issue by mining on the default and accumulating say 1000 coins. Then send those to the stake wallet. This will allow the block of 1000 coins to stake together. This will give you a much higher advantage against all the little stakes. Less orphans, GUI responds better. And it is cool Also I would note that creating a VERY large block, may not be the best strategy either. As you can still get orphaned, and lose that stake.

Moving coins will reset coins days. But hey it is only 10 days. 500 coin chunk is a good amount. I am working on Advanced Coin Control, which will allow you to pick which coin to send. So you could leave coins that are bout to stake, but send some that are only a day or 2 old. I'm about 30% through.

thank you
I will give it a try
now after say the block of 1000 coins started getting the PoS
do you recommend combing the coins as what they have to do it with nvc or it does not matter?
cuz after a while the amount will be received smaller and smaller so will that slow down the cpu as well?

I'd say just watch your CPU, if you are getting close to maxing out 1 core, then it maybe time to recombine into default, then put out 1k chunks again. I'd imagine you might have to do this every 6 months or so. Maybe by that time do 2k.

If it doesn't it is just a visual bug, and should still work.

Well if someone gets your wallet.dat they would need your pass. There is a missing piece to walletpassphrase which is unlock for mint only. Which would then prompt the user for the pass when send. This will be fixed in a upcoming release. I'm out for the night. Happy Hashing!
