Just to be clear, the XYO Network isn't designed to track people, this isn't a military or government funded project.
This is an open network which anyone can take part and earn tokens and ask queries regarding where something is, in theory this can be used to track someone, but only if you had their private key or you have slipped a tracker in their pocket and this is possible with any tracking device. Not that it is encouraged.
There is no talk of price at the moment, all we know is that queries will be paid in XYO tokens only and that will be distributed between all components which were involved in creating the correct most accurate answer.

The XYO Token Sale's price structure has dynamic price increases built into the smart contract. The price of XYO increases after each transaction. Additionally, the XYO Token during the Public Sale is pegged to the value of ETH and not USD. We can't calculate the exact USD number because of these reasons. XY Team will let the community know the number in fiat once the figures are finalized later after the end of token sale

Hey everyone! XYO updated their Token Schedule on https://get.xyo.network with the updated date of their platform launch of the XYO Network Token Economy: May 21, 2018 which is immediately following the end of token sale.

This further clarifies that the Unsold/Unallocated XYO Network tokens will be burned after the Main Sale. Future XYO tokens will be obtained through crypto-location miners (providing accurate location data), or purchased via the platform for use and any exchanges that the team choose to offer the XYO token on.

Unfortunately, it is too early to discuss listing on exchanges. The team is waiting for the ICO to finish. And the listing on the exchanges will depend on the amount of Ethereum collected.
