The crook project is basically a so-called word game. It has been claimed that ico has ended its phase and has begun a so-called "gamma" sales phase with no exact end date. As an early-rising investor, XYO burns out this so-called ico without ico. Big scams, everyone is wary! ! !

thsi is not a scam. The purpose of the Gamma Platform Sale is to give users who sign up for the Gamma platform the ability to purchase XYO to interact with the platform. The GAMMA Platform sale allows the distribution of tokens (through the token pool) and development of the network to continue.

The purpose of the XYO sale was to create a finite XYO Token Pool defined by the amount of ETH exchanged for XYO during the sale (basically allowing market to set the amount of XYO in the XYO Token Pool). And after the sale ends, all Unsold and Unallocated XYO Tokens will be burned. The remaining XYO after the sale creates the XYO Token Pool.

I want to know when this item is traded on the exchange and when the so-called gamma sale ends

XYO team believe the best thing to do is flip the equation so that major exchanges sees XYO's technology/platform/community and is begging XYO to list on their exchange.
Whether it's a few months, 6 months, etc. In the meantime, XYO will likely be freely tradeable on cryptocurrency exchanges because Decentralized Exchanges are everywhere.
The XYO GAMMA Platform sale will continue up until either the launch of the XYO Mainnet and/or the XY Oracle Network is running on stable ground via a healthy ecosystem. The GAMMA tokens are sold from the allocated finite XYO token pool. Mainnet is scheduled q3-q4, as the team is ahead of their schedule.

with regard to the GAMMA token sale:

Is this the same token that was sold in the public sale? 
If so, are these tokens created anew, or are they being pulled from the Cryptoeconomic Reserve?


If they are being generated again, I would be very concerned. 
If they are a different token, same. 

The investment community here needs some clear answers from the leadership.

This doesn't look good at all seeing the continuation of tokens sell going on even after the hard dates. How can they take a line against their investors and community that wonders me. They already had raised good amount which was more than sufficient to develop anything anyway they wanted. This is very confusing that investors are not happy and team don't care of the concern at all.

Once again, the team strongly feels that by focusing on their technology and creating an amazing platform and community that is their best bet of making this a huge success and gain worldwide adoption. There is already a lot of tech that is in development that can get the network going. With bigger funding ,  the team would expedite the efforts in getting the network to grow faster and larger as compared to without the funds. The team is getting all of the feedback, it being negative or positive and is taking all of it into consideration when making decisions long term. It is appreciated and welcomed .

This gamma paltform sale seems like a scam. Basically we are left to hold worthless token until they have gathered enough ETH from people. Weren't they gonna burn unsold tokens? I wish I could get a refund.  I have waited 50 days for this sale to end and this is the result.

I think so, it's over, and a new ICO is going on, and there is no time limit. It feels like a cheat.
I haven't seen any project. After ICO, I'll find a new excuse to sell my token continuously, and I still have no time limit.

If you didn't set enough gas it should come up as tx failed, out of gas. Make sure to use the recommended gas and gwei, 200.000 resp 10 gwei.

I saw that they were going to burn 85 billion of the tokens, leaving about 15 billion of the tokens, but the team's infinitely indefinite ICO way is really unacceptable, unless he releases the burning address, otherwise the team will continue to sell the chips.

It is a pity that the XYO team has done all this as a scam and has not stopped any ICO preparations and continues to know forever. Being an investor is very regretful and very angry. The team did not consider investors' feelings at all. There are many ways to promote XYO projects out of the way, but they chose to harm the interests of investors and sell their XYO tokens endlessly.
