All redemption addresses are dumped every week into a master wallet. This has been stated since the beginning. This is why you see withdraw transactions in those wallets.

Also...where would we sell those old coins at? Old PAC has been delisted from the exchanges.

We can't sell the coins, since there are no markets for it anymore. We are holding on to all the old PAC and will be holding a community vote to see what will happen to them.
