That address has a balance of 0.357 trillion old PAC. It is likely the burn address but I am not sure.

This isn't an ICO. This is an RCO (redemption coin offering).

You have until April of 2019 to redeem your old PAC coins. Though the longer you wait, the less you will receive.

Until May 31st, 2018, you can redeem for 1000:1. Starting June 1st - Aug 31st the redemption is 2000:1. It then goes to 4000:1, and then 8000:1.

Hello everybody. I think it is not necessary to draw such conclusions. Developers do not throw a coin. The coin is just evolving. When there was an old coin all too said that the coin is bad. Patience to all and good luck.

If PAC was a scam, why are we still here? Releasing more wallets? Having a community vote over the algorithm/prohash issue fix? Doing an expo show in London in just over a week? Moving forward with projects? Why are the redeemed coins still sitting in the redemption wallets?

At this point, anyone that is still screaming scam is just saying it to say it, or they still refuse to own up to their own mistake of not researching before investing in PAC by buying with BTC when the price was below 1 sat.

All the information is out everywhere. YouTube, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, here, etc. We have answered every question, posted proof of prices, proof of warnings, and we are still here continuing to develop this coin and the amazing community we have.
