When swapping an old paccoin in an unknown (not reliably confirmed) direction, a lot of new premined coins disappeared, so I do not recommend anyone to invest in a project, it has a very dubious reputation. More wrote earlier.

You should go to discord and ask. Whitepaper is almost finished. Why WP was not updated? because security patch delayed everything.   USD price of PAC stays stable. Community is growing and you better get your info right because Artsy is still very active on discord. You can always hit search button in discord to get the answers.

$PAC network is doing fine and is growing. If the one masternode is doing fine according to the web monitoring sites, it is just luck and has nothing to do with stability.
The blockchain 3.0 (aka 3rd generation blockchain) has no stadardised definition afaik: it normally refers to a blockchain tech which aims to be fast, easy to adapt, develop and integrate into various new or existing systems.

$PAC discord server rules are clear: no one is to be rude (no matter how right they might be). The bans can be discussed with the $PAC Community managers in the $PAC discord server (the Community managers are @Koen Peters (NL)#3178 and @Fozzyblob#1535).

@theONE888#3136 behaviour was out of line and he is currently muted and stripped of his advisory role. As stated above, no one is to be rude in the $PAC discord server, that includes advisors and $PAC team members.

What are you talking about?
Please do tell, which scam coin:

1. is being worked on continuously for over a year now, and
2. is listed on one of the top 20 exchanges according to CMC (please see https://p2pb2b.io/ and then https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/), and
3. has recently developed a novel protection against 51% attacks on blockchain on its own?

It is interesting that someone new (or are you just using a new bitcointalk.org account?) is so quickly calling an actively developed project a scam.
