To my knowledge yes you have to register for KICKICO to participate, it's sort of like kickstarter so you have to have an account to be able to do anything and interact with the site, but honestly it doesn't take much effort to signup, if you've got a facebook account it's even easier to signup, thats how i did it, for some reason their google integration wasn't working when i was going to signup :S

Where I can check the current token price and other details regarding the token buying process? KYC is needed for this token purchases also?

Usually these early pre-sales run in private with no chance for us normal investors to get in and profit from the bonuses there. It's a welcome change that Developeo partnered up with KickICO to give the chance in participating early.

Since they get only minted when purchased, I would say you get the token right after you payed for them. But I am not sure though.

Such boot camps and education is greatly needed to reduce alot of negatives that is being known about the blockchain, I think when people know the right thing to do they won't do the wrong thing like if someone has idea about a good project to bring on the blockchain he/she now knows better and can develop it by himself

Good to see that the github api, it's amazing how much that API gets used, from dockerhub to individual projects, github itself is just massive. It's interesting to finally have a project that is setup to reward developers like this, the voting system will be interesting to see implemented i wonder if it will integrate at all with the standard github systems, i hope they also do something like weighting votes on projects that are actively developed over ones that release something and then abandon the project.

I also never read complete paper but as you highlighted here something about bootcamps, I found something here may be answer of your question. While reading bootcamps paragraph. As of June 1, there are coding bootcamps in 74 US cities and 40 states.
